Single/duplicate analysis (Serum/Plasma)
Minimum volume required: 35 uL
NOTE: To measure circulating TGFβ1 in plasma it is necessary to remove platelets from the samples. Platelet granules contain TGFβ1 which are released upon activation.

I have submitted mouse serum and plasma and also cell line supernatant. I love that they don’t require a large sample volume and that they can detect so many cytokines for such an affordable price. In my most recent submission I was shipping from a new institution and Brenda was super helpful and responsive in making sure I had done all the correct shipping steps. I shipped fed ex from the US and the samples arrived on time and I received my results within a week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eve Technologies was incredibly responsive to our questions prior to sending our samples and the turn around time was incredible. We shipped samples from the U.S. overnight and had high quality results within 4 days of sample receipt. Our samples were mouse serum and it is hard to get sufficient volume to run such big panels. Additionally, given the precious nature of these samples, it was important to us to use a company that was knowledgable and reliable. Our results were very consistent across mice in the same condition and there were no issues with our assay.Our experience was so positive that we are planning to send multiple additional studies in the coming weeks. I definitely recommend Eve Technologies!
