Gene is very professional, knowledgeable and honest in answering my numerous questions, never hesitant to show and describe the work being performed, which inspires a lot of confidence in their work. My car performs as new and dealing with Gene is always good experience.

The service that Gene and his crew provide is impeccable - completely professional and they seem to know just about everything about German made cars. They correctly diagnosed a tire problem that the local Audi dealership said was a bearing problem (on a car with 33k kilometers). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a German made car. Will be using them for everything Audi related.

Anthony Bourdain would say that one can tell all one needs to know about a restaurant from the washrooms (if they're dirty, leave immediately as that's the quality of the food). Well, I think the impeccable waiting room, washroom, and the bays tell you the quality of work, attention to detail, love of their profession that makes up European Motors. K	Ken Charron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When all else fails at the dealership (with the constant vague explanations on what might be wrong with my car), I always end up driving that extra 20 minutes to European Motorworks to actually get things set right. When you're done waisting your time, and you absolutely must have your car put right, then here is where it happens. I'm not sure what it is, or why something as simple as mounting tires is somehow a bar too high for some, but that uncertainty stops here. Peace of mind is the real currency that drives my auto service. I don't come here because I need this or that, I come here for one thing: peace of mind. I'm always looked after, always given options, always back on the road with a safe car, all because the people at European Motorworks are always on my side, and they care.

Gene (the owner) runs a tight ship, is passionate about European cars and provides excellent service. The waiting room and shop floor are always in impeccable condition, text messages sent for work approval and job completion, a signal to me that this man cares about the details. He does not cut corners, using only quality German parts like Zimmer brakes for my Audi, something I appreciate and did not have to request. If you drive a VW, Audi or Porsche, this is a shop you can go to with confidence knowing that the job will be done right the first time. Highly recommend.

My car developed a serious bearing issue en route from Toronto to Ottawa, and I needed someone who could fix it quickly and effectively before I had to drive back 4 days later. Gene had a completely full shop and no time for weeks on his schedule, but recognized the urgency of the issue - and agreed it would be unsafe to drive without a fix. He brought me in 2 days later, had the issue fixed in under a day and charged a fair price. I am so grateful for the professionalism, the service and the willingness to help. A fantastic experience.
