Owner is super nice. All fresh meat and cheese. Love having them around our area, reminds me of home.

A convenient location that is easy to get to, especially as it's near the 401. For small premises, they manage to utilize their space in a very efficient way. You can get a lot of goods and products from Poland and Eastern Europe along with local Canadian made goods too. The deli selection is healthy and they have all the major and best brands. Super helpful and friendly staff as well. The place is not inexpensive but its definitely comparable to any other Eastern European delicatessen that you'll find in the area.

Is not really a bad place, just badly organized. It happened a few times to me . Doesn't matter if you buy one thing, or you buy 20, you have to wait until everybody before you are doing all their weekly shopping - because there is not a designated cashier. So if you are on your break ( working close) and you think that you will just buy a chocolate or a pastry - be ready to wait in line between 10 - 20 minutes. And if the line- up starts outside - good luck. Is just against my logic.

Owner seems frustrated and can be funny at times. Seems like the Eastern Europeans have that type of personality. Obviously not all of them but most. Overall though, good selection and good prices.

I have been shopping here for a number of years. Shopping almost on a weekly basis. I have been subject to the owner's "moods" over those years. For the most part he is friendly and nice to talk to but sometimes it is apparent that my being in his store is inconvenient for him. He sighs heavily when making my selections, he will say "come on" and motion with his hand when I am not going fast enough for him and he will mutter under his breath when I ask for my deli meat to be sliced in a certain way and shake his head. I have tolerated this the entire time because I like to support small businesses and I do like his products even though everything he sells can be easily purchased at other grocers. My last encounter was the final straw though. My son and I walked in at 5:52 pm. We came from the north end of waterloo to Cambridge, which is a considerable distance, and we wanted to stop in to get some groceries for the week ahead. He leaned against the counter and proceeded to show his displeasure that we were walking in 7 minutes before his closing time. I asked him if he was open until 6pm or not? He said that they already cleaned their machines and again proceeded to mutter under his breath and turned around and walked back to his office. I told him not to worry and that I could take my business elsewhere. We put our hand cart away and walked out. You have lost me and my family as customers for good. I will never attend your store again. If you say your hours are until 6pm then it shouldn't matter if we walk in at 5:59. We are customers and you should welcome us and be happy and grateful that we want to shop in your store, especially during these Covid times when there are businesses closing at a rapid rate. It is unbelievable that you as a merchant, would show displeasure at a customer wanting to come in a few minutes before closing. You don't clean until after your last customer leaves and you lock the doors. Customers are the reason you have a store and you need to realize this.

Went in today for the first time. Trying to figure out which sausages where the same as the Kitchener Euro Deli. The lady helping me was nice then the man took over. He was very Kurt with me when l asked questions about the different types. He then to the lady to help another lady and he turned and started cutting meat. Left me stand with no help. I left and l will never be back. People can spend their money any where and don't need treatment like that. I went to the Kitchener Euro from there and the product and service l was looking for

Very moody owner, zero people skills. The place runs out of stock before weekend, bread has been frozen and then put back on shelves. The staff is okay, but the owner needs to learn some customer service skills.
