Extremely unprofessional. I had a appointment changed on me without my knowledge and was not notified until I got there, no new appointments were made and months later I still cannot get even a phone call back. I have a heart condition and rely on my cpap machine to work properly, it's quite obvious that these people do not care about their patients well being.

While the sleep study itself went very smoothly (the staff was helpful and friendly, the facility was quiet and clean) the follow-up process was just horrendous. I was given an appointment to see the doctor more than TEN WEEKS after the sleep study. I know that I have severe sleep apnea; this sleep study was a formality. More than 70 more days of poor sleep and miserable quality of life???? I got placed on a "cancellation" list which did nothing. Only direct intervention by my doctor got my follow-up appointment moved up. I would AVOID this place until they can hire more doctors or prioritize patients better.

Exact same thing happened to me as other reviewers. I called to reschedule an appointment more than 52 hours in advance and the horribly rude and unprofessional lady on the phone told me I would be charged $380.00. I told her I wouldn’t pay, I’m calling more than 2 days prior to my appointment to reschedule. She wouldn’t reschedule my appointment and hung up on me. I couldn’t believe how absolutely unprofessional and rude she was! 2 days later at 9:30pm the sleep technician called me said I had missed my appointment. She (the rude lady) didn’t even cancel it!!!! It looks like it’s a pattern they have with their patients as there are a few more reviews with this same complaint. This is unacceptable!!!!!

I can not say enough good things about this place. Coming from a small town it was a bit nerve racking but the staff were very kind to me and my daughter. Even with her anxiety she was at ease. The doctor went above and beyond to look after us when a heart problem was actually detected. He got us in for testing very fast, made calls for us and was just amazing. He called us and made sure everything was looked after more than once. I will drive the 2.5 hours to go back. Beds not too bad, shower was great. Very thankful for all these amazing people.

No value of patient's time. No business ethics as health care provider. My mother had an appointment with a doctor here. The appointment was supposed to be for 30 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time and notified the front staff that we have wheel-trans appointment for pick up 50 minutes later. The doctor did not see us for 55 minutes and still showed no signs to see my mother. It was almost time for my mother to leave the place. So my mother had to cancel the appointment. But, of course no $380 cancellation charges for the doctor in this case. Because who cares about the valuable time of vulnerable seniors and their supporting persons here? Horrible service providers. First work on your business ethics before opening a clinic as health care provider. Edit on July 4, 2020: (after they acknowledged my feedback today after 9 months and tagged it as a fake review). In their response to my review, they stated that they searched for "my" name to check the records and couldn't find me. Of course, you wouldn't be able to find my name and I tell you why not. First, you didn't even read my comment properly where I have clearly stated that I was the support person with my mother. My mother was the patient. Second, instead of taking genuine complaints of your business visitors as a way to improve your business, you are accusing them of writing fake reviews on Google? One more time, I'd say, please show some business ethics and learn how to take genuine criticism.

Tejinder was so kind and caring! She made me so comfortable throughout my stay and even told me to get off of my phone when I was looking at it during the night time. She was gentle when attaching all of my stickers and informative. She was very professional throughout my stay and if I ever need a sleep study again I hope that I get her as my technician!

I had sleep study, which was supposed to be comfortable and help me to sleep properly in order for the procedure to be completed successfully. I was extremely tired, but the room’s condition was horrible. I was shocked to discover that the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and unleveled. I wonder how a sleep clinic which should provide an environment that would help patients to sleep properly, would offer so terrible sleeping conditions. I have extreme back pain from that day, which doesn’t seem to ameliorate. In addition to that, the room where I should sleep had 2 doors, through one of them, the light accessed the room and it was so annoying. I called the nurse, she came, covered the door from outside (that door lead to the reception). The fire alarm was beeping, I tried to ignore it and to sleep, unfortunately I couldn’t. I called the nurse again and they sorted out the alarm noise, however the main issue, which was the horrible mattress, could not be taken care of. With all my efforts to fall asleep, I stayed awake from 11 pm till 5 am, with not even 1 min of sleep. I tried to leave earlier but the nurse told me I cannot and if I did that, I would have to waive my right to be in sleep study and try my best to sleep. Unfortunately, I arrived home with extreme back pain that I’m suffering with till now.

I got my sleep test at this facility in November 2021 after I received a call asking me if I wanted to go earlier due to a cancellation, which of course did. The experience in the clinic was very good, the staff was very kind and answered all the questions I had. They had lots of Covid-19 protocols in place to protect their patients and their staff and I felt very comfortable. I would give a 5 stars up until that point. However, when it comes to the follow up from the doctors, that deserves zero stars. When I left the clinic the morning after my test, I had booked a telephone appointment with Dr. Singh on Dec 17 to learn the results of my test. Not only did I not receive the call from the doctor but nobody called me to cancel/re-schedule it. A few days after when I called the clinic I was told the doctor was sick and we re-scheduled the appointment for March 9, 2022. I wasn’t very happy to wait 4 months to know my results but there was nothing else to do. Last week I received a call to re-schedule my appointment for Sunday February 13 at 10am (today); I got a text message a couple of days ago confirming my appointment. And here I’m typing this message at 12pm after the doctor didn’t call me, I called the clinic to find out what happened and it’s closed. I’ll have to ask my family doctor to contact them and request a written report since I’m not planning to book another appointment to waste my time.
