The coordination, the focus, and the attention to detail were excellent, when we changed our minds or had issues they were fixed immediately, or addressed immediately. They were on par with all the quotes we recieved and just got a great vibe working with Matt. Honestly, it was worth it just for Jack's installation prowess let alone his great attitude! Great experience, I would use them again, even though I hope I dont have to redo any flooring soon considering they just left...

We were able to take samples home and were really good at explaining the difference of them. Installation was done really well and communication was great. Also really liked working with a local company.

Researched many different engineered wood floor manufacturers first and then went to a few places to check out samples. In the end I went with Ethical Flooring and very happy that I did. My main reason for selection was that they do not let just any contractor install their flooring. They come out to your place to provide an estimate and point out possible problem areas. Once the preparation and installation begins they keep you informed along the way. Revised estimates to solve the problems are provided during the subfloor preparation. The owner, project manager and installer were all present to go over any issues encountered. Their main goal is to ensure that the subfloor is properly prepared to ensure that the engineered floor can be installed without any problems and minimize any potential issues in the future. The constant contact and update throughout the project was greatly appreciated. Extremely satisfied with all the people during the process!

Jan was the first point of contact and was readily available until the conclusion of the job. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Even more impressive was their follow-up on a couple of minor questions that arose long after the job had been done. On both occasions, the response time was within a couple of hours. The second was on a Saturday evening! Both of the items were eventually addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend Ethical Flooring to anyone looking for flooring options and great Customer Service!
