His team showed up on time, made sure they tidyed my place to their best of ability at the end of the workday. Theepan kept me informed all through out the Reno and did spend the time after the work was completed to explain what exactly him & his team did. Thank you Theepan & Northshore team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your crews left yesterday and will be back in a couple of weeks to do shower doors, mirrors and lighting and a few other minor details that I know will be taken care of. It is hard to exceed expectations for a very particular person like me however your people did just that. Started with Mitchell and Theepan. A great and knowledgeable team and great taste, skill and temperament. Always very responsive and here for us in all ways Demolition is tough loud and dusty. The prep work and plastic down of the house furniture and stairs was impressive. You use great floor and stair covers so we didn’t have to worry about tripping. The house is back in order and all pictures hung by Mitchell and his team. The house looks great and even swiftered everyday. A pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with Mitchell on my 2nd project starting this winter for our guest bathroom and kitchen. Mitchell ran a good team too, always friendly and knowledgeable about each day. Started each day with “do you have any questions.” He had answers or would get them. He even helped me carry in my groceries! I look forward to working with him again on my 2nd project. Trust in a team is important & nice to work with you and I love your experience and suggestions. You hire well. People are already asking how is the remodel going. I hear their horror stories, then I brag about how good North shore bathrooms is and couldn’t be more pleased. My brother was disappointed you are not in Seattle. You should be very proud of your people and the detail and quality of their work. Great job!

Professional, honest, hard working and excellent customer service. We even had an urgent renovation and they were accommodating and proactive to help us with an important property.
Highly recommend North Shore Bathrooms, they are number one for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an Extremely outdated bathroom that was in dire need of renovation. Eric steered me to make some great decisions regarding the carpentry and sinks . I was originally only going to install one !
Everyone worked to make the Project “happen” and Eric oversaw or was involved every step of the way.
The finished product is a gorgeous updated space done within my set budget and has already garnered a lot of compliments. Eric has had more than twenty years of experience in the business and is familiar with most of the trades This gives him an advantage in overseeing both electrical and plumbing parts of the project and delivering a beautiful result. I would recommend him without any hesitation. he is a consummate professional as well a very personable individual. We are very grateful for the wonderful job he did for us.

They were professional, experienced, and didn't skimp on any details. High quality design and finishes, combined with high quality skilled labour experts, provided us with a beautiful and highly functional bathroom. It's now my favourite room in the house!
