J'étais sensé avoir une excavation et imperméabilisation d'une section de ma fondation dans la semaine du 9 mai, mais depuis que je cherche à avoir une confirmation de date des travaux, aucun retour d'appel ni de courriel. Très décevant d'autant plus que le contact avec l'entreprise, lorsqu'elle répondait, était très courtois et professionnel!
Hello, Am I the only one who hasn't heard from the company for more than 3 weeks? I was supposed to have an excavation and waterproofing of a section of my foundation in the week of May 9, but since I am trying to get a confirmation of the date of the work, no return calls or emails. Very disappointing especially since the contact with the company, when she answered, was very courteous and professional!

I have used Total Water Resistance twice this year. Repair of cracks (foundation and others) and installation of a window. I am 100% satisfied with the work done, the cleanliness in which the premises have been left and the impeccable advice service. A beautiful family business, competent, conscientious and kind people. We did business with Total Tightness for the installation of 4 copings, the adjustment of the slopes of the land and the inspection of the foundation drain. The estimate was clear, well detailed and the work carried out corresponds to what was indicated. The team is very professional and efficient. They are not stingy with their explanations and take the time to answer customers' questions. I highly recommend them for this type of work.

Toujours disponible pour nos questions, lui et son équipe de professionnels effectuent un travail de qualité tout en laissant les lieux impeccables au départ. Ils ont réparé huit fissures de fondation sur mes immeubles et il n'y a eu aucune infiltration d'eau par la suite. Les honoraires sont très raisonnables et largement inférieurs à la compétition. De plus, ils possèdent une expérience de nombreuses années et offrent d'autres services que je vais utiliser dans le futur.
Il s'agit donc d'une entreprise axée sur le service à la clientèle et honnête avec sa clientèle. Je recommande celle-ci sans aucune hésitation.

Mr. Roger Leroux is courteous, polite, helpful and takes the time to explain the work required. Always available for our questions, he and his team of professionals do quality work while leaving the premises spotless from the start. They repaired eight foundation cracks on my buildings and there was no water infiltration after that. The fees are very reasonable and well below the competition. Also, they have many years of experience and offer other services that I will use in the future.
It is therefore a company focused on customer service and honest with its customers. I recommend this one without any hesitation.

Excellent communication and follow through, the quote was very competitive and they did a first class job including waterproofing the foundation, the waterproof membrane along with the french drains. Nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up after the job was completed, we were totally satisfied. 5 stars+ !!
