★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Esthetique Day Spa for probably close to 20 years and have had various services(facials, mani/pedi, waxing) and have always had a great experience, great service. The spa is warm and inviting, clean, and their estheticians have always provided very good service.
And in recent months, i had a bikini/leg wax with Luba....and it was the BEST wax i have ever had in my entire life!
Thank you to all the staff, current and past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment, got a call the day off to ask if I can come in earlier and when I said I can't due to work now they wanted to reschedule with some excuse that gel manicure takes longer than half an hour (which not sure why it would be different on another day) I'm guessing Luba had Wednesday night plans

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I went to this place for facials. Mine was done by Beata, it wasn’t bad but it could be better.
My mom was very happy with the service provided by Luba. Luba, you surely made my mom feel great, will definitely return for more facials with Luba. See you next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So-so experience. Avoid! My wife went to this "spa" on the day when their boiler stopped working, so it was freezing cold. After foot bath for pedicure she was sitting with bare feet at temperature barely +12 degree.
Not a spa experience at all.
I would expect them giving her a discount or offer to come back on a different day or give us a call to advise about cold temperature. Nothing!!! Basically it feels like all they cared is about my credit card, not about customers' experience. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars to Luba at Esthetique Day Spa! Her waxing was painless (I didn't know that was even possible!) and the Essential Facial was wonderful. I don't think I've felt this relaxed in a long time and my skin feels so nice. I'll definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Luba here for my eyebrow waxing once a month. She is very professional, friendly, and I have never been more happy with my eyebrows. She makes them look perfect everytime. I love going to this salon and would highly recommend to anyone. I have also been for a massage and facial and felt so relaxed and at ease. Everyone that works here makes you feel comfortable and welcome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my very first facial this morning, and it definitely won't be my last! Luba has magic hands! I went in with very dry, rough skin and came out with a beautifully exfoliated, smooth face. Can't wait for my next visit!
