A	Amar Bains on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who cut my hair was rude and very unprofessional. She completely butchered my hair cut and seemed like something was hindering her ability to do her job. As well, I told her my hair was uneven on one side and she spoke very aggressively to me afterward. To all Lower Mainland residents, I hope you do not come here and have a bad experience like me. I feel like I got my money stolen and I do not want anyone else to have this feeling.

Now I'm left with poorly cut short hair Update: I came back and was given a refund and another lady looked over my hair....however, I don't think I will ever come back
D	Doris Escaravage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stylist did the exact opposite of what I wanted. She didn't listen to me, when I told her I wanted the back cut shorter and at an angle she said "it will be too short, you don't want to look like a man". Guess you get what you pay for.
D	Darrin Dale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get a hair cut at this location. Walked in with two other people. So I decided to sit down and wait my turn. The person at the counter took the information from the other two peolpe but never ask me anything. I inderstand it was busy, so I thought I would just check in online. While I see my name come up on the screen there was one name a head of mine. Now I have been waiting about 10 min and a few more people came and registered and their names came up on the screen. Still no one has acknowledges my presents. Next thing I know 2 people that came after me are being served. I wished they just would have told me they did not want to serve me and I would have left and not waisted 30 min of my time. I will never go back to this location.
C	Cheryl Irwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m incredibly disappointed with the service. The staff was not friendly and were not honest about the kind of haircut my young daughter was getting. They said it would be closer to shoulder length, but her hair cut is a mushroom cut at her ears. I asked about a ‘bob’ cut with shorter and layers in the back, however my daughter has a terrible hair cut because I did not specify that she wanted an ‘inverted wedge’ haircut. I’m not a hair stylist, so the fact that I didn’t have the exact lingo is unfair. This is so disheartening. I felt treated very unkindly and I left with a 10 year old in tears. It could have been done much differently. This place has turned a simple thing into a huge problem.
L	Lindsay Viscount on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my son here to get his hair cut. The staff were very friendly and professional. They have an online booking system that I thought was a good idea. We will definitely use that next time. They also gave us coupons for our next 2 visits. The cost of the hair cut was about $20 which I thought was pretty reasonable for a kids hair cut. They seemed to be really good with kids and they receive a lollipop once the hair cut is finished. We will be using them again in the future for my son's next hair cut.
