S	Simon Plepelic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner here needs to modify how the station is accessed as the driveway placement causes way too many near misses by people ignoring the double white lines and cutting off traffic in the right lane. The fix for this would be to put a no entry sign at the first driveway and to even angle it such that drivers are discentivized from entering through it.
L	Lincoln Ho (YEGventures) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms were so dirty and poorly maintained I didn't flush; I wasn't touching anything I didn't need to. The toilet seat was also broken so the entire seat was covering part of the bowl. Then an employee yelled across the counter telling me to flush next time. Even though it wasn't the employee who had just gone to the bathroom, the staff members were talking about me in another language, so they all knew I didn't flush. Really? And to mention it outloud is unprofessional. I may have just been there to use the sink after filling up gas or wiping my windshield like I sometimes do. 2nd thing, there were bottles of sparking Smart Water on the rack with the still Smart Water, with a sign saying they were 2 for $4. When I was paying, it was $4.90. The tax and bottle deposit make it 40 cents extra, not 90 cents. When I asked, they said it didn't apply to the sparking water. Well, that's called mislabeling and it's deceptive. Another poorly placed product were the 6 pack Perrier for sale. The sign had pictures of the new green apple and orange flavours. Yet they were the lemon and grapefruit flavours. The store was renovated with the past year, well after 7 Eleven bought the convenience stores, yet there's still no indication that it is a 7 Eleven. Gas taxes are also mislabelled. The stickers on the pumps were last updated from 2006. It's 2017.

Y	Yue Dong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff and manager, bought lottery, we showed them exactly what kind of combination we wanted, staff gave us totally different lottery. Told him that he got wrong, he was very rude and he said it can't be fixed. And we got gas, he didn't ask us for Esso points card, same, he can't fix it. We required him to bring manager, manager was rude as well. We don't know how they were hired and trained. Strongly not recommend this place.
E	Eric Glendining on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim's counter service was painfully slow, ended up getting back in my car and using the drive through to get served. Otherwise, very nice and clean Gas station with a really big lot. Easy access.
D	Danielle Piquette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the time Hortons attached, ordered 2 coffees, an ice Capp with espresso blended in and a lg double double, took 20 minutes and I can understand understaffing, however they added espresso in the coffee and not the ice Capp after realizing they made more espresso and just dumped it into my ice Capp handing me an overflowing drink. Not pleased
5	5G4R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine until I used the touchless car wash. Absolute rip-off. $11+ and no wheel washing or undercarriage rinse when you enter, no pre rinse, just one soap pass and one quick rinse followed by the spot free rinse and dry. Even the drying fans are weak. Still had soap residue on the back window and water spots everywhere from the rain earlier. Good enough place for gas but don't waste your money on the car wash. I won't be coming back here for anything anymore.
