Made me feel pretty uncomfortable when he wouldn’t let me close my car door as he was yelling at me not to park in the lot because my husband ran into the neighbouring store. Lot appears to be shared (apparently it’s not) and the station was empty at the time. Had been there for > 2 min when he came running out to yell at me. Sad to see such a disgruntled store owner in the area, situation could have been handled much more respectfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to park to make a phone call prior to filling up on gas.. went to the sidewalk to finish this call. After getting my gas and driving away I realized I had a ticket for parking 3 minutes in the lot. Too bad since I fill up here every week since I work in the environment but completely ridiculous to be ticketed while being a patron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulled up to a pump and then realized I'd forgotten my wallet. I recently got an iPhone and know my card information so I pulled over to register my card and the owner came up and threatened to write me a ticket for parking. I explained that id forgotten my wallet and was trying to download apple pay and he said he would write me a ticket for parking again.... I drove down the street to the Husky and gave them my business instead. Like who threatens to write tickets to someone literally trying to buy your gas ?????? Lol crazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking before buying the gas costed 25$ today!!!
We visited Kitchener (as we live in London), and having seen the a Turkish grocery shop we wanted buy some Turkish products. During the payment, the owner of the Turkish market asked where we parked the car, and when we said in front of the gas station, he said that we most likely got a parking ticket, and added "Since it is your first time in Kitchener, I will pay the ticket, as I do to my other first time customers." and gave me 25$.
I told him that I will also buy gas from the gas station so it most likely won't be an issue. As expected, there was a parking ticket on my car. I talked with the owner of the gas station and told him I will also buy gas from him, but the guy behaved really very bad (most likely has an issue with the Yes market), and told me I should pay the parking ticket.
It looks like this was my first and last visit to this place. Whatever their problem is they shall solve it, as otherwise they will lose a lot of customers because of their bad behavior (which will have a lot more effect on them than the effect of 25$ ticket on me or Yes market).
