1. Horrible service 2. The old lady that works at night is scamming for sure, selling her own items and asking for cash 3. The old man that occasionally works there is grouchy and gave me the wrong item then yelled at me when I asked for the right one. By far the worst gas station in the world!

I am simply appalled by the horrible customer service that the lady cashier in the evenings provides I was cashing in a lot of tickets she told me I had to check them first I said I already had on my phone because OLG has the app so she's goes to scan my tickets and a customer comes in and she says this is going to be a while you might want to come back she keeps calling me sir and I had to correct her 5 times and then she would not let me pick out my own scratch tickets says it's a new rule by OLG okay I'll go somewhere else she wouldn't give me money said that she didn't have enough cash for 100 so i asked for half then she days that she already hit a resale of more tickets button so she couldn't provide me with any of my cash so I had to stand there while two other customers were waiting behind me and tell her which scratch tickets I wanted one by one which picking them would have been so much faster her attitude needs to be adjusted I will not be returning and when all was said and done she called me sir again like how do you mess up that many times obviously she was just doing it to piss me off mind you i have been to this gas station previously and had told her im not a "sir" ill also add shes very pushy at selling chocolate and gum everytime Im in the store as a previous reviewer put out she may br selling her own merchadise. She asked me ig i wanted any choc or gum and i bluntly said no yet she still asks what about for "the young lady" um no stop trying to upsale me after Youve already been horribly rude

When i first started coming to waterloo years ago i had a vw jetta diesel this was a location that offered that now i come here for 94 octane as autos have changed different needs I pay at the pump i dont access the store at all, and with RBC i save 3 cents a litre I find the pavement a bit uneven, and the spacing tight but its a compact location on a busy corner Fuel seems to be the cheapest here thats not always my reason, its convience as well

Just before 11pm all pumps are unavailable continued by horrible customer service. Doors are locked, knock and your attendant won’t look or address my knocks but rather decides to yell “we’re closed”. Three others show up and she continues to blatantly disregards them.

I dont like how pushy the lady here is. She tries to force you to purchase way more things and asks 15 times after you've said no and its uncomfortable and you end up being in there for 10 minutes explaining why you dont want to buy an extra 10 items she wants you to buy..

How many bad reviews on the old woman working here does it take for the owner to see that there is an issue?! Promoting sales or getting customers to buy more product is one thing, but this employee is BEYOND pushy and annoying. EVERY TIME I go into this gas station to buy a drink or snack and the older woman is working, I am hounded that "they're on sale if you buy two" "it's cheaper if you buy two"... even after repeatedly saying no thanks, she continues to say "well why its cheaper". If i wanted to buy more than one drink, I'D DO IT! Easily in there for longer because I have to justify why I don't want to buy the chocolate thats on sale or buy more drinks. Myself, and everyone I know tries their best to avoid getting gas at this location.

I went to this gas station today around 5pm to fill my gas, since I just start collecting points with Petro Canada, I registered online and got a card number, and waiting for them to send me the card. The south asian guy who worked at the time, tried to scan it, it did not work, I told him to type in which he refused to do it and then threw me another petro points card told me to go online to combine to that card. Not sure why he cannot just typed in, the other Petro Canada location actually typed in for me instead. There is not even an option to register another card under the same account. He didn't even asked if I can go online to find another barcode for him since I already told me I recently just registered. Not even sure if he's fully trained about the program itself. It was too late when I realized I could go on the web and showed him the barcode since he said he put the points in the card he throw me already. I probably will not go back to this location anymore. Literally the Worst Gas Station in town, and people who said they have the cheapest gas in central Waterloo are...I highly doubt it.
