C	Charles Hobbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After filling my car, the attendant offered me a for-pay service of cleaning and polishing my tires for me. Obviously, this is nothing too odd in general; but to be honest with you, it was something I hadn't come across before.
L	Lidia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nickel and diming or thievery at this Esso store? Not once has the receipt reflected the 2/$$ promotion on chips or chocolate bars. This has happened a few times now! Pretty sure the attendants have started their own vacation/retirement fund. Check your receipts... It's principle!

s	saptarshi mallick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge lines for car wash. Even though this was expected on a weekend, I also expected the cashier to ask for my pc optimum card. There were 4 cars in front of us, and it took 45 mins after that to get ours done. The area is also pretty small with not more than 6 cars that could stand in a line. Unfortunately this is the only car wash closest to downtown.

Vacuums for car wash always seem to be out of service and strangely so are the washrooms. Long line ups for the car wash to boot. It's too bad because I like to support local. Instead I'll drive elsewhere rather than go here. I keep trying but they consistently disappoint.
m	melody woodard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cigarette prices vary by day...by alot...super frustrating how they raise the prices by at least 25% every other day...and depending on which cashier u get.. u may or may not get a two pack discount. Ridiculous..and don't count on using the restroom..they have been "out of order" for over two years!!! Just go to the Shell at Arbutus and Broadway 2 blocks down.
S	Sebastian Cordoba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 87 gas, they won't offer 89 and 91 gas price at 87 like other gas stations. No sign to let people know about it. Attendant texting and barely acknowledging customers. Car wash at this location is usually out of service

To get an idea, I came around noon on a Sunday and there were 5 cars in front of me in the line-up (Each wash takes 5-10 mins depending on the type). If you use gas at the station, you can save around 2$ for the car wash. The guy at the counter was pretty friendly.
