I have had the pleasure in being trained one on one with Christina, almost 500 hours in fact, & she has taught me so much, ? inspired me to keep on my path, & has shown me what yoga really is! Soul Thrive Yoga is the Home you want to be raised in as Yoga Teacher. The Curriculum put together by Christina is a Sacred Documentation of every yoga pose and everything one needs to understand the fundamental aspect. But then, you’d be amazed by how thorough and detailed Christina’s Teaching is. This was a journey, a wholesome experience that will divide your yoga and life in three: before, during and after. And during the training you will be grateful daily to have made this choice, as it is such a privilege to have a human of vast knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for teaching be your leader. Christina knows by heart not just the human body anatomy, but all the links of its parts to the yoga practice and how it all works in conjunction with the practice of mindfulness to elevate us to our own sense of being spiritual beings as well. All of the teachers live yoga and breathe yoga, and were just as enthusiastic about us all learning as they were about passing the knowledge. I am grateful to have found teachers who are so selflessly sharing their knowledge, experience, while always paying attention to everyone and ultimately always available to help and answer questions and hear your opinions and struggles and ready to solve any problem. That truly is a rare find in this dynamic city living we are trapped in. Absolutely amazing workshops, impeccable structure of the classes so you don’t get overwhelmed and beautiful workshops where everyone is equally included and worked with as an individual. Detailed feedback on assignments, with suggestions for improvement, you’ll be given all the time and all the attention you may need. They make sure you have gained the knowledge to be confident to teach.This is a training that implements everything from the fundamental yoga training to helping you develop all the crucial skills you need to work on and further more a concept - how to work on to be ready to leap forward into the yoga business and teach. Also, my personal highlight after all is the open door to reach out to the teachers, who do foster friendship and sense of truly amazing community. It is heartwarming to just be belonging, they do host teacher refresher sessions and they are something you don’t wanna miss.
