A	Account deleted on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the discrimination a family with a disabled son received at this location, which was written in a review on Google, where they were denied access to a washroom, our staff will no longer patronize Esso service stations, or fuel our 75 vehicle fleet. Shame on you Glenora Esso.
h	henriette espie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since new people working there/taking over it's gone down hill -after buying gas I need change for air pump and only had a 20 the lady asked me to buy something to change the 20 I said I already bought gas and a car wash. She was reluctant to help. -the pail to hold water to clean your windows is filthy -when i go in the staff doing paper work took their time to serve me. -unfriendly lady at front never says thank you....rude -not sure what happened but glad to see the guy that used to run it still there he was great never had these problem with him

a	adam flight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at an Esso location (12415, 102Ave Edmonton) today October 19. My wife fuelled the car and I took my son inside for the washroom. My 9 year old blind son with colitis was denied access to a washroom . The attendees said they couldn’t find the key. They didn’t look. They didn’t pretend to look. They just stared at us and said they can’t find the key. No fumbling or searching or looking through things. Just a straight up “we can’t find the key” I could read his face. He wasn’t being truthful. I said he needs to go right now. He won’t be able to hold it. He said there are restaurants nearby. I, a paying customer , had to leave the gas station and walk into a restaurant a few hundred feet away (with a blind mobility impaired son) and was lucky enough they let us in despite not paying. Unfortunately , we were too late . My 9 year old son had an accident. Do you know how hard that is. At 9 years old his dad has to clean him up in a restaurant bathroom and tell him it’s not his fault. I chose to list this as it’s a horrible experience and needs to be known. This illness can’t be overlooked. A station must have a washroom My son will be a long time getting over this and so will I.
D	Derek Pickell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed a man trying to break into businesses across the road from this station by throwing large stones at the windows. I didn’t have a phone to call the police, so went into the Esso station to ask to use their phone. The attendant refused to let me use the phone, and said it was only for taxis. I explained that there was an active crime in progress and expressed the urgency of using the phone. The attendant continued to say that the phone was only to be used to call a taxi. I asked for the number of a supervisor, and the attendant refused to give it to me because the supervisor was not at work. This ESSO station is a terrible neighbor, and clearly doesn’t care for public safety and well-being.
