I was very uncomfortable as soon as I walked threw the door. I could tell I was being judged for the clothes I wore and was followed around the store. It's not professional or courteous to treat paying customers with resentment or judgement because of previous experiences. Due to this experience I wont stop there ever again unless I have 0km gas lol not lying .

Most of the employee are friendly and okay. The gas station is okay and the store is clean but they have 1 employee I read his name tag Rahul is very rude it was -30 when I stopped by the window and he asked me to wait 2 minutes and he can finish mapping the store.

Generally great location, daytime and evening staff awesome. Night shift another story. I'm not sure why customers are refused entry when its -30 out at night. I understand safety, but that should apply to instances that customers may pose a threat. Being a young female customer with zero signs of risk, I should be able to escape the -30 weather for a minute as a paying customer. On top of that, what about the risk to me being forced to stand outside with my own risk of harrassement? Where is the concern for customer safety?

This place is good manpreet is great manager, but they don't accept 100 dollar bills, it does however say on the door but not on the pumps therefore dont make the same mistake I did. She was nice and calm about it, I was a little upset just because it did not say on the pump. Prices on food is a bit crazy but its a gas station not a food store

Itโ€™s a gas station with a convenience store. No big surprises. Easy access to fill up your vehicle and then if youโ€™ve got the munchies this is the place. Gassing up is easy especially since all gas purchases are prepaid, so itโ€™s easy to gas up and go. I did not deal with the store staff so no comment. The gas price is okay, in the middle of the road. The location was clean and tidy.

I filled up here once quite a while ago, and noticed the price of gas was a few cents higher than when I had seen it last. I figured the price had gone up, but as I was driving home, I passed several other gas stations with a lower price. At the time, it was only 3-4 cents. However, today (June 7) I drove by, and the price was marked at $1.89 per liter, which was a full 10 cents higher than the Petro Canada two blocks down, and 12 cents higher than the Hughes just one block further. This Shell has always been notorious for having higher gas prices than everyone else, but they certainly seem to be taking advantage of that these days. And in a neighbourhood that typically serves a demographic that is more likely to struggle with these prices! I would not recommend filling up this at this gas station to anyone. Get your air miles elsewhere and save yourself several dollars!

!!DONT LOSE MONEY!! Guys be careful buying gas from here. After I gave all the card info and before pressing the nozzle, the meter starts running. I got wondered. Literally I didnโ€™t got gas but the machine charged me. I informed the cashier, he said the money will be reimbursed but nothing happened yet. May be itโ€™s the machines problem or itโ€™s the way the machines are set. I donโ€™t know. Something fishy. Everybody be cautious while buying gas from here.

Been living by that shell for a long time and it's always been the same. It's a convenience store that also sells gas. It's in a bad neighbourhood but they keep the shell standards for the most part I gave 3 stars (could be 5) just because at night they don't allow entry into the store anymore and "back in the day" there used to be a single senior citizen running that store graveyard shift and he had no problems having the doors open and the cashier desk was completely open then. The people who are going to steal at night are the exact same people that are going to steal when the doors are open during the day and there's a full solid Cashier-Cage around the guy now. But this is very much an advantage to the owner who can lower workload massively by not allowing in customers for almost half a 24 hour day though I would change to five stars for a convenience store / gas station if they didn't lock you out at night. In the winter It Makes You Wish You lived by a 7-Eleven instead
