★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super friendly. They remember me by name. I like that the new renovations are set up so that you can sit down on the bench, if you are disabled, that is aligned with the lineup and keep your space in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a simple bank draft and there was a small error, either in my part or the teller’s. Not sure which but it doesn’t matter. I honestly couldn’t be mad: the level of service and care was so excellent in that transaction.
I went in to get it fixed and the staff quickly corrected it and was super apologetic. Again the service and care was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of meeting Micheal Kabarye today. I met with him to close my business account as I no longer needed it. Micheal was such a genuine and understanding person. I’ve mostly dealt with the Hawkstone ATB location and at times kind of felt as though I was being a burden when making transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, or being sold and pressured into doing things when meeting with a banking specialist.
Because of these past experiences I always felt like going into an ATB branch was such a hassle and always put off my banking.
If I had the pleasure of dealing with someone as awesome as Micheal in the past, perhaps I would’ve moved all my personal banking over to ATB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I call or visit a branch I need to plan for at least a 30 to 45 min wait. Completely unacceptable. Wait time need to be back to what they were in 2019 ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anytime I've had to go into this branch the wait to see a teller is extremely long. Usually only 2 tellers opened and no one seems in a hurray to help you. This branch needs to work on their customer service and the amount of time they make customers wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atm machine took my cash and didn’t deposit it due to an “error”. Branch was closed and I’ve had a terrible time trying to get my money deposited and the problem remedied. Unacceptable service.
