We warned them that he’s got sensitive skin and he’s a rescue when we dropped him off. We got a dog back and he’s got an allergic reaction, itchy butt and it’s so uneven! There’s chunks clearly not cut. We understand after a long time of no cuts it’s going to be a big job but when your dog come back and spends days sad, itching all over and uneven cut you can’t give a 5*
A	Aliza Braverman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner would not take any suggestions or requests when I dropped him off for his grooming appointment; he said abruptly "I know what Morkies are supposed to look like." I even offered to send him a picture of what he used to look like before he became so scruffy during Covid. He charged us for cutting his hair and cutting his nails. His nails were still long and sharp and scratched all of us. But the worst was his hair- his hair was literally chopped unevenly, his hair on his ears was cut so short he looked completely off. Very very disappointed with the cut, but worse, with the attitude of the groomer.

m	maham ansari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy is a psycho with anger management issues. Do NOT leave your pet with him. I repeat: DO NOT leave your pet with him. He has zero etiquette and zero customer service skills. I had an 8AM appointment with him to groom my cat and was running a few minutes late due to a death in the family the night before. At 8:04 I start getting a string of stressed out text messages from him demanding where I was and that if I didn't make it in a few minutes he would cancel my appointment. Talk about text etiquette when somebody is driving! I had to pull over, and texted him back to let him know that I was driving there and on my way and would be there in a few minutes. His threatening messages didn't stop there which was extremely distracting while driving. When I got to Langstaff Road I called him as I couldn't find his store, I called him twice and he declined my call both times. They he texted me back saying that he had already cancelled my appointment and I shouldn't bother coming. He kept leaving me abusive messages after that and I have a record of all of those messages due to which I am going to report him. I am SO relieved I didn't leave my cat with him. He's a crazy nutcase who would probably abuse your animal. There are significantly better pet groomers in the city, don't waste your time on him.
L	Leora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Audrey, from Precious Paws (signage reads, "ESP Grooming") is amazing! My friend has been taking her dog to for years. Today, I went with her and now I see why she's a recurring client; the areas are kept extremely clean, Audrey is very friendly and her servicing costs is very reasonable. There are two grooming businesses which share the unit space. The location is along Highway 7 and east of Yonge, and is a rented warehouse unit. I'm newer to Toronto so it was an adventure to me because the area is more industrial. Oh, I loved the two ceramic dogs on either side of the enterence doors!

I have referred Marl to several people who are all very happy. One client comes from the Danforth all the way to Thornhill to get services from Mark. Fully recommended.

Throughout the 20 minutes we were there he talked to all of us and shared valuable tips and advice. The service itself was quick and very professional. Our cat needed a sanitary trim and her nails done and Mark completed it with the gentlest touch. No fuss, no anxiety for anyone. Definitely recommend!
