They are rude and disrespectful... they have a no refund policy but when you want to exchange, they don't have your size. They won't let you choose shoes that cost less than what you ordered, they want you to choose shoes that cost more so they can make more money on you with bad customers service in return.
I	ISpy WithMyLilEye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff followed me and my partner around the store, in a racist/discriminatory fashion, treating us as potential thieves rather than customers. Bought what we came there for and left post haste! I recommend going to any other sex shop besides here, where you will be treated as a valued customer. I'd give 0 stars for bad customer service & racist employees!

It wasn't a toy my friend purchase it was some shoes. (Customer service was very bad she went to exchange a shoes that She bought which was too big for her they didn't have her size .So She was like can She gets a refund they said no refund her other option is they can order her actual size . She was like okay no problem. So 2 weeks later she received a call from them telling her oh we couldn't put the order for you cz they discontinued that model, you can come in the store to take her old shoes back or to exchange (why would She want to take it back... if they fitted she wouldn't waste her time coming from all they way from brossard to Montreal trying to exchange or get a refund).They called her on Wednesdays and she told them she be there Friday so got there on Friday they told her That she can look around to see if there is a shoe that cost the same price to exchange her shoes with... she looked around there was none that was the same price as the Pair She brought, so She was like what next they say well u can't take a less expensive pair bc there's no refund you'll have to take a pair that cost more and can pay the differences ( let's not forget She already pay 175 $. She was like that's out of her budget... they told her that her other option is to wait 3 more weeks till they have new shoes that will be the same price so she can make the exchange... but no refund she was like it's not her fault they discontinued thoses shoes .They was like well u have no choice... so on Tuesday I will call consumer relation this is unexceptable .

The price is not what bothered me (already knew what to expect), it's the customer service. I don't know what it is about sex shops and making people feel uncomfortable just because they don't fit a certain look. I'm a grown woman, but I have a baby face. I'm also petite for my age. The employees obviously assume I was atleast 18, but still treated me like I was some 14 year old virgin who somehow stumbled into the place. The looks I received, and the snickering and jokes I heard behind my back (it's like they assumed I was deaf, or they just didn't care). I came to buy myself a toy and enjoy my shopping, instead I was made to feel uncomfortable and snickered at because I looked underage. It was very unprofessional and rude. Guess they'd be shocked if they knew I was in my mid 20s, and not some 17 year old that just discovered sex. I didn't want to spend another minute in there and quickly bought what I came for and left. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Never going back to this place.

I bought shoes that were ok in the store an after i wore them for 10min outside they were extremely painful, i went back the next day and they refused to do any size exchange or even a discount for a next pair even though the shoes were practically new, basically super unprofessional, only store where you cannot exchange yr shoes its ridiculous 140$ waste, theres other sex shops much more comprehensive and cooperative! Avoid!

She tried them on at home and realized they didnt fit her properly.They told her no refunds. They we're extremely rude and they don't have a clue how to speak to clients. Then they told her they will order a pair of shoes in her size and that they would come in 2 weeks! They gave her a call, she went back to the shop and tell her to wait another 3 weeks?! Don't come to this store listen to all the bad reviews.
