Beaucoup de jugement dans les propos et le ton de voix de la vendeuse. Elle semble parler de nous dans notre dos à d'autres employés. Nous pousse à quitter le magasin, car l'heure de fermeture approchait. Very bad experience. Purchase under pressure. En plus, tu aurais pu attendre de voir mon reçu avant d’affirmer un NON sec! Même si j’ai fait l’échange, cet achat constitue pour moi une PERTE! En plus, vous pouvez être sûre que je ne remettrai plus les pieds . Un sourire ne coûte rien, un petit effort avec les prochaines est de valeur, chère dame . Every season there is something new to admire. Their housecoats are soft and luxurious and I have purchased one for myself and one as a gift for someone else. I was able to score some flip flops for the Hotel pool also. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I wasn't able to find my size on the floor and as I turned around to enquire the sales clerk had one in hand. They do have some surplus stock tucked away so if they are busy it is worth it to wait and ask. The lingerie is breathtaking and different than anything else that you will find elsewhere. I particularly am delighted each visit and can hardly wait to see what prize I am able to uncover and discover.
