Love that it's outdoors, they teach a variety of exercises that push you (whatever level you are) you never get bored, they have multiple trainers, and a great group of people that encourage you and make it fun. Best deal going....I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equal Balance bootcamp chooses great outdoor venues with beautiful scenery that almost make you forget you are working up a sweat. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and able to manage a variety of fitness levels without making people feel uneasy about where they are at in the group. It is a very fun, supportive way to work out and I recommend it to everyone from fitness newbies to seasoned athletes!
