★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great place and staff were friendly. I will say the workers should go through the actual climbing tubes and stuff and do a good deep clean/vacuum as part of a regular routine. (Yes I climbed through it and noticed some things that needed to be addressed)Also underneath the structure I saw a lot of garbage, masks that had fallen. It was also very cold and went to grab warmer socks at dollerama next door.
I might look to book my son's birthday there as long as earlier before the chaos. I went on a Saturday at 12 for the first time with my son and got busy around 1. He loved the bouncy castle the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a birthday party for my one year old grand daughter and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff and Epic Planet Fun are caring, and offer excellent customer service. The staff is very polite, and courteous. The party rooms are private, spacious, and clean. Booking a party at Epic Planet Fun truly was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend using their services for a drop in day, or booking a party. Great value and reasonable prices. Thanks Epic Planet Fun for offering a wonderful experience to myself and my guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked my daughters 3rd birthday party here for December just before the holidays. So excited that we were finally going to be able to celebrate her birthday party with friends. Of course the government decided to announce capacity limits and reductions and a lot of our guests were cancelling. We made the difficult decision to cancel our daughters birthday party and when we asked for a refund the owner refused because he said that now he won’t be able to fill the spot last minute. I would have been happy with a credit on the account for us to come back in the future but we got nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated My sons 2nd birthday party here, absolutely loved that I was able to come in and decorate it myself. The man at the front was more than understanding and accommodating to my guests. Would definitely recommend coming here. The kids loved it and overall it was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my son’s 2nd birthday here on the weekend. The place is huge and really fun filled for kids. The staff is very helpful and compassionate about there work. They kept on checking if everything is going ok or if we need anything. Not to mention “Nayan” who went out of the way to help us out as some of our guests came very late but he was so kind to gave extra time to attend them , not only that he step forward to help is in wrapping up things. I would really recommend this place for your kids birthdays and I will definitely going back there to have more epic fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had super Fun birthday party for my kid yesterday. Its even more good than the pics on the internet . PlayFun is quite big and bigger kids can have all the fun they want. They allowed outside food too, didn't have any issues at all, They give you options to choose rather than forcing their own rules onto us. Staff is so cooperative and polite, gave us enough time to decorate and packup at last. They are so much accommodating. Perfect place for kids birthday party. All our guests are very happy. :). :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very hygienic, I didn’t see any staff cleaning.
The play area is small only kids can use it, adults can only watch.
I found it a bit run down and you have to remove your shoes at the door.
The tiles were cold and they don’t sell socks, but socks are needed to enter the facility.
I wouldn’t recommend this establishment, I was ready to go as soon as I got there….
Seems unorganized and outdated in need of renovations or upgrade.
Don’t waste your time!
