He answered all of our questions, kept us informed as the job went on, and even stuck around after to help the water hauler get set up. I will absolutely use them again next time, and would recommend to anyone having their tank cleaned

We had our cistern cleaned by Environmental Cistern Cleaning and could not have been happier with their prompt and professional service. The cistern was cleaned and disinfected without wasting water and with no interruption to our daily routine. The work was completed on time and for the quoted estimate.
We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with ECCI including the ease of scheduling and communicating with the company personnel, as well as their knowledge and professionalism.
We will certainly use them again next time and recommend their services to anyone who needs their cistern to be cleaned!!

The owner spent time on the phone with me answering all my questions, as we have a horse boarding business which supplies water to lots of animals. The fellow who did the cleaning was very professional, and really took the time to do it right, and he showed me everything he was doing and why. Our large cistern tank looked brand new once done. We will definitely be getting you back every year to clean our tank. Thanks for a job well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chance to meet Geoffrey the owner of Environmental Cistern Cleaning and was able to have him inspect our cistern. On inspection he noticed a buildup of clay matter in the tank. So, we had Geoffrey send a service tech to clean it. The tech was professional and personable, very easy to deal with. He also did an extremely great job in cleaning the cistern. My wife and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs cistern cleaning. Thank you Geoffrey and Sabina for your complete honesty in dealing with us, and doing a professional service.
