★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the reverse osmosis from Culligan, however, we purchased it in June 2016 and have had 3 service calls so far. Christine, our sales person has been helpful and personable.
However, Lori, who takes phone calls for customer service becomes defensive and interrupts rather than listening to customers and being supportive.. She is the front line of customer service and should be more helpful to Culligan customers.
I don't normally complain however I would have expected better customer service given that the reverse osmosis system was expensive to purchase, and that we've had 3 service calls since we purchased the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their salt ordering/delivery process is responsive and timely. The delivery driver is excellent. He brought the bags inside and even put them in our softener - they are very heavy for us and this is super. We are very happy with our water softener and the difference it has made in our household.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using the Culligan store in Simcoe for several years. The staff are great and helpful and if you run out after hours you can get your jug of water filled at the outside service area. I would highly recommend using Culligan for your drinking water supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do your research before agreeing to anything through Culligan, because beyond selling you on their products, there's no concern with anything else.
I moved into a place on well water and had someone come out with hopes of getting a complete home solution. He disregarded my current system completely (he wasn't really sure of how it worked) and instead of tailor products to suit my needs, he sold me on everything they had.
After install I was still having issues so I reached out and they came and claimed it was due to old or current equipment... The softener was too small for my water hardness, yet they calimed it was fine.The RO system NEVER worked, despite being serviced by them on 3 seperate occasions.
I'd had enough, so I asked a local well drilling company to come out and educate me on well water. They provided insight into what my actual needs were and how we could use what I had in place to get my water right. For a lot less I now have a proper setup to suit my well's needs.
As for the service I received from Culligan, they were good at coming out and servicing their equipment, albeit with no success.
They may do fine work, and their systems can improve your water, but don't let them tell you what to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been customers of Culligan in Simcoe for quite awhile now and have always found all staff to be amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. A special thank you to Woody who delivered and poured all the heavy bags of salt into our softener and took the empty bags so there was nothing for us to do. We highly recommend this product as it lasts a long time and this service is very reasonable. We no longer have to lug all those bags down the stairs and pour them into the softener. Great deal!! We thank all who work at Culligan in Simcoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. As a senior citizen I rely on Culligan to service my water softener. Even if I am not available they deliver the salt, service the conditioner and bill me later. Good, old- fashioned customer service.
