Service rep was running behind so I received a call to let me know instead of some companies who would have left me waiting not knowing what was going on. Also received an advance call when he was on his way which was appreciated. Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable and was sure to contact me to explain what was wrong with the system and how I could fix it. Overall great experience.

My rating is based on my recent service from Tyler , team member #2392. He was amazing with his service and expertise. I had been dealing with reliance for the past 2 months. Always getting a different response or no help at all. He replaced my 2008 water heater with a new one, after the previous technician said the new ones were too big and would not fit. Thank you to Tyler for finally fixing the problem.

We currently rent a Reliance hot water tank. We woke up to find no hot water. We called Reliance at 6am and had a technician at our door by 9am. She was friendly, covid safe and replaced our tank effectively and efficiently. Great service, great price and great employees! ?

My experience was great, from the time I booked the appointment to when the Technician ( Andy) showed up. Andy was very helpful explaining what he was doing and why. He even wiped the dust off the outside of the furnace as well as inside, besides vacuuming everything. Andy also went over air conditioner inspection and what to watch for if something went wrong. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left, leaving a report with me so I had something for my records. Thanks Andy for a job well done.

Brad, the service tech today, arrived on time as per his phone call, and I took him down to the furnace area, where I showed him the power switch for the unit. He queried whether we have been having any issues with the unit, strange noises, or sudden shutdowns. I told him that it has been working well, from our standpoint, but we believe that annual maintenance & check-up is the key to continued efficient operation of the unit. He came to me when he was finished, and explained what he had done in the way of cleaning & checks of the unit. He remarked on the cleanliness of the furnace and how well it is performing against specifications. Service completed, he offered me a service report for my records, which I like to keep for my records on the furnace. We are very satisfied with Brad's work and attitude. Thanks for a good job- well done!

Our Furnace died. I immediately called Reliance and had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Young. I explained that it was time to replace the furnace. Within an hour Tim was at the house to take measurements, etc. He provided me with solid recommendations and a great deal for both furnace and AC replacement. The crew were at the house first thing in the morning and we now have a fully functional Furnace and 'can't wait to be tested' AC unit. I wasn't there when the installation was completed. Tim sent me pictures of the work and called to see if I had any additional questions. I can't say enough about the level of service and professionalism that Tim provided. Although, nobody likes the cost to replace a furnace and/or AC, Tim and his team made this experience a positive one.

Well now I have seen the dark side of reliance. The hot water tank guys failed to show up for two two separate days without even calling to let me know they couldn’t make it for the install. Apparently I should have had a close eye on my hot water installers. They did very poor welding joints in the pipe, now I have a leak a week later. I was told will have to wait a day or two for repairs for what’s a five minute repair. So either shut water off to the whole house or let my basement flood. Cause who needs water in their house for things like the washroom or cooking. Especially with a toddler in the house. They didn’t even secure the pipes back to the joists, basic basic things. The brand new water heater was banged up bad too. I only give two stars because my sales guy went above and beyond for me. It’s a shame as my furnace install went so well.
