★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une entreprise qui ne prend aucune responsabilité de ses actions et qui offre un des pires services à la clientèle que j'ai expérimenté. Après avoir accidenté mon véhicule puisqu'il tourne sur des boulevards sans jamais regardé si un véhicule s'approche il te font perdre pratiquement 1h30 dans ton véhicule à attendre pour finalement te dire de contacter Nathalie pour quelle prenne en charge l'accident. Finalement cette même Nathalie me rappelle 2 jours plus tard pour me dire qu'il vont rien faire et que j'ai juste à appeler mes assurances et pour mettre la cerise sur le sundea elle me confirme quelle reçoit les messages vocaux mais malgré tout elle a attendu le lundi matin pour me rappeler. Conclusion aucune empathie aucun professionnalisme de Nathalie clairement pas en contrôle de ses situations et l'entreprise se contre fou des autres et de leurs bien être
A company that takes no responsibility for its actions and offers one of the worst customer services I have experienced. After having crashed my vehicle since it turns on boulevards without ever seeing if a vehicle approaches it makes you lose practically 1:30 in your vehicle to wait to finally tell you to contact Nathalie for which takes care of the accident. Finally this same Nathalie reminds me 2 days later to tell me that they will do nothing and that I just have to call my insurance and to put the cherry on the sundea it confirms me what receives the voice messages but despite everything she has waited Monday morning to call me back. Conclusion no empathy no professionalism of Nathalie clearly not in control of his situations and the company fights itself against others and their well being

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fou de ses impacts (bruits et vibrations) utilise un appareillage beaucoup trop gros sur le Plateau. Ex, une génératrice immense à essence pour alimenter deux roulottes de chantiers vides les 3/4 du temps. Aucune mesure pour amenuiser le bruit. Aussi, ne respecte pas ses échéanciers. Il a pris le double du temps pour ses travaux sur Gauthier.
To ignore its impacts (noise and vibrations) uses equipment that is much too big on the Plateau. For example, a huge gasoline generator to power two empty construction trailers 3/4 of the time. No measures to reduce the noise. Also, does not meet its deadlines. He took double the time for his work on Gauthier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des malades. Au coin de Du lac et Vianney à Longueuil, ils ont été au moins 5 (tracteur, niveleuse, etc) à brûler le stop et rouler en malade. Il était 19h30. Un accident est si vite arrivé, ça serait l’fun que leur patron leur dise de slaquer la pédale et de rouler comme du monde sans être un danger public.
Sick people. At the corner of Du lac and Vianney in Longueuil, they were at least 5 (tractor, grader, etc.) to burn the stop sign and drive sick. It was 7:30 p.m. An accident happened so quickly, it would be fun for their boss to tell them to slack off the pedal and drive like people without being a public danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons vécu 3 jours d'enfer avec Michaudville qui remplaçait les tuyaux en plomb de notre rue.
La première journée, nous avons dû nous obstiner avec les travailleurs sur notre terrain en leur disant que nous avions fait refaire nos travaux. Les travailleurs ont dit qu'ils ne voyaient rien de fait, donc qu'ils devraient tout refaire et nous charger. Nous leur avons demandé de creuser plus loin pour trouver nos embranchements après avoir dû argumenter pour qu'ils découvrent enfin que nos travaux étaient fait.
Le lendemain, alors que l'eau ne devait pas être fermée, ils ont fermé l'eau toute la journée également pour une 2e fois.
Le 3e jour, ils ont fermé l'eau aussi toute la journée, mais ils ont fait une erreur au niveau de nos embranchements (qu'ils n'étaient pas du tout sensés toucher) et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant plus de 24 heures. Nous avons dû téléphoner à maintes reprises leur compagnie et la ville de Montréal pour avoir enfin du support pour qu'ils viennent enfin corriger leur erreur.
Notre voisin a vécu la même expérience en plus d'une fuite dans son sous-sol.
Personne ne s'est excusé à nous pour ces situations non plus. Nous ferons des plaintes à la compagnie et à la ville. Je ne comprends pas comment la ville peut soumissionner cette entreprise pour des travaux aussi longs.
We lived 3 days of hell with Michaudville who replaced the lead pipes on our street.
The first day, we had to clash with the workers on our land, telling them that we had had our work redone. The workers said they didn't see anything done, so they would have to redo everything and charge us. We asked them to dig further to find our branch lines after having to argue so that they finally found out that our work was done.
The next day, when the water should not be turned off, they turned off the water all day also for a 2nd time.
On the 3rd day they shut off the water all day too, but they made a mistake with our branch lines (which they weren't supposed to touch at all) and we had no water for more than 24 hours. We had to phone their company and the city of Montreal many times to finally get support so that they finally came to correct their mistake.
Our neighbor had the same experience in addition to a leak in his basement.
No one apologized to us for these situations either. We will make complaints to the company and to the city. I do not understand how the city can bid this company for such a long work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Their road work crews display complete negligence. Making roads impossible to pass through on their construction sites, leading to damages to my car and others vehicles. Foreman on site readily admits responsibility and gives me instruction to call the company. only after countless attempts and 4 voicemails do I receive a call back from Michaudville. Their position is firm, they will not take responsibility. They instruct me to contact my insurance and have to prove that damages are the fault of Michauville in order to have car repaired. In short, a dead end. Impossible to get any compensation, even when they are awarded multi-million dollar government contracts for infrastructure work. A huge disappointment.
