★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so mad to be there, it was April 28 2020 around 10am leaving the facility i rang the bell and the guy who sound older men picked up the phone in the security, and he told me that i used a wrong exit and i said i am sorry sir that i didn't know, but the older guy kept calling me names i have never heard in my life, and i reported the insedent after i left, stil waiting, i hope the company have a camera in the building and listen to the conversation we had, they have a very bad bully men working for them. I couldn't believe my own ear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a couch from a company (M2GO, and was told by the sales rep that the delivery will be to the door). We got confirmation from Groupe Robert that they will deliver the next day by noon. The drivers showed up (2 of them), and they stated that they will not bring it to the door, and will leave the furniture in the lobby or outside. They demanded that we pay extra in order to bring it to the door. I called Groupe Robert and spoke to the representative that was in charge of our order and she told me that she will speak to the drivers and let them know that their responsibility for the taking it up to our door. The drivers told us that "she is not our boss". We therefore had no other choice than to pay the drivers (which is in fact extortion). Our furniture company tells us that it's Groupe Robert's responsibility to ensure the delivery is done correctly. Groupe Robert's rep told us the drivers must be able to take it to the door. The drivers tell us that "they do not work the furniture company" nor is the "rep on Group Robert's side their boss". This is a really unfortunate that this type of business practice still exists - and my business was with the furniture company and not Groupe Robert, but I will ensure that I never work with them again nor any business that is affiliated with them. I hope no one is subjugated to the type of treatment we got from them and their delivery personnel - its awful and borderline criminal.

Ask around and you will know exactly how they treat the owner operators.
Their reputation will always follow them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best company to work for a few years ago but lake of communication between the higher management and the workers came down to zero in recent months. They just want the job done no matter how the worker feels or if he could handle this much. Thats really upsetting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of they driver got stuck in a employee parking lot where it is clearly written no truck allowed, he backed in my car with his 53 foot long trailer and they gently told me to call my insurance. This since this was a repair less than 500$ they could have sucked it up. No let the poor guy have his premium raised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 600 signs and you forgot the one that says exit.. Probably to costly to put as many as you would need directing traffic through your maze to the entire other side of the city. (No joke they take up like 6 blocks.
Second.
Remember what country your in not just the province, your supposed to serve “Toronto Montreal & Beyond” but anyone beyond QC is gonna have a time on your yard, add really slow cross docking crew and your left with ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no sense to talk to truck operators,they don't do their job well, a lot of waiting and bad service.
Waiting for a load scheduled to pick uo for 1pm, they keep saying wait and they wil call me, at 7pm after 5 hours wait, still they have no idea when will the load will be ready, moreover the lady sitting in the office ( 10 December 2021 at 7pm) have no sense no talk, shhe is so rude and nonsense.
