★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pick up at lafrance ..after going to the office for my paperwork was greetawho ask me my company after saying transport !!!!!! She started to berrat me about how en francais where I replied again my company again she grilled me on francais ... I'm here to do a job ... you are international transport company ...she should just do her job and leave her politics the politician and not bring it to work ...by the way I don't live here I'm from Toronto...yo y need to teach your employees to respect people ...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) I called them to verify they have received my cargo and have it ready for pickup at the warehouse. Took a day off at work, rented a truck, came there and they didn't have it.
2) The forklift operator made a hole in my crate in front of me, rolled back-forth, made another hole, from the 3rd attempt he finally put the crate on my pickup and then walked away, leaving me in amazement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had President at Paul Lafrance (DANIEL Bibeau) tell me because only shipped 4 containers with them this year that it wasn’t food enough even with ample notice of pick up.
They stated it’s theyre busiest time of the year meanwhile a. Implant that hasn’t enough brains to launch an email or newsletter to clients reminding them such a thing.
Daniel you belong nowhere near such a helm.
Start looking for another job because you’re clearly not qualified for this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People were very miserable to deal with. I watched as they intentionally were careless and very rough operating the fork lift. They destroyed out crate and damaged out shipment. I was not at all pleased but they were displaced a feeling of accomplishment. Miserable people who get enjoyment put if other people's disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ex husband works there, the supervisor at night has the guys driving around with no power in the building. I'd love for CSST to get called in for this ! All forklift drivers are supposed to stop working inventory can be destroyed or damaged and workers can be hurt so can the forklift drivers. If anything happens I hope he gets help accountable.
