★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros and cons. Pros: The technical professor is knowledgeable. Cons: since the new administration, I've had the worst customer service of my life. (Bell-like customer service). The sad customer service representative at the desk does not know how to do her job, is aggressive and disrespectful. Clearly they do not appreciate their life right now, and it is disappointing. Would recommend a change in staff in that matter to the administration. Would keep the technical teacher. Availabilities of the classes is also very hard for someone with a normal schedule. Extremely inconvenient. Overall, would not recommend. There are much better schools out there, and since the new administration stepped in, I would not recommend this school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like my overall experience at Mission Permis and would strongly recommend the school to anyone who needs driving lessons! The instructor is very patient and cares about his students. Even theory classes can be a fun time with plenty of funny anecdotes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend this driving school. I tried another "big name" school before in Laval and it was so bad that I never finished the second phase of the program. I was a bit suspicious at first about the quality of the service here because of the low price, but honestly it's just the best and now I'm about to pass the exam. The teacher is very knowledgeable and I always had a good customer service. They actually helped to speed up a little bit the appointments and to move me forward in another group, because in my case I didn't have to wait the normal period.
