Les réceptionnistes n'avaient pas le bon technicien à rejoindre alors nous avons eu le service le lendemain, soit dimanche midi.
Nous avons eu froid et, en plus, avec un enfant malade.
Après avoir été pris en charge, tout était PARFAIT. Vous êtes des professionnels. Ça fait plusieurs années que nous sommes avec vous et nous voulons vous garder.

The receptionists did not have the right technician to reach so we had service the next day, that is Sunday noon.
We were cold and, moreover, with a sick child.
After being taken care of, everything was PERFECT. You are professionals. We have been with you for several years and we want to keep you.

Ils sont venu hier chez moi à Lavaltrie et comme j’avais plusieurs petites bricoles à faire à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Ce n’est que le lendemain matin, à ma fête en plus!, que j’ai pu vraiment prendre conscience, du merveilleux travail, que les gars de chez Climatisation C. Bédard ont fait chez moi.
Je n’ai qu’un seul mot à dire, c’est WoW!
Quel professionnalisme. J’ai eu comme premier contact M. Patrick Lafrenière qui m’a vraiment, mais vraiment, très bien conseillé sur tout les travaux à faire, pour convertir ma vieille bèrta (fournaise) de 38 ans, pour une autre mais électrique cette fois.
Quand ils sont arriver chez moi j’ai vite constaté que c’était une équipe qui savait quoi faire et par où commencer. J’ai pu voir le professionnalisme et une diligence vraiment exceptionnel pour touts leurs travaux. En plus le prix est très intéressant et compétitif.
J’en suis pleinement satisfait. Bravo à toute l’équipe de Climatisation C. Bédard.

Converting Oil to Electricity.
They came to my house in Lavaltrie yesterday and I had several little things to do inside and outside. It was only the next morning, at my party too !, that I was really able to realize the wonderful work that the guys from Climatisation C. Bédard did at my house.
I only have one word to say, it's WoW!
What professionalism. My first contact was Mr. Patrick Lafrenière who really, but really, very well advised me on all the work to be done, to convert my 38 year old bèrta (furnace), for another but electric this time.
When they arrived at my house I quickly realized that it was a team that knew what to do and where to start. I saw the professionalism and truly exceptional diligence in all of their work. In addition, the price is very attractive and competitive.
I am fully satisfied with it. Well done to the entire C. Bédard Air-conditioning team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour l’installation récente de ma nouvelle thermopompe, les 3 employés se sont présentés à l’heure prévue. Ils ont porté un masque comme je l’ai demandé, ont travaillé efficacement et ont laissé la place propre en ramenant avec eux l’ancien matériel. La soumission prévoyait du travail d’un électricien qui n’a finalement pas été requis. Après avoir payé la facture, j’ai donc fait une demande de remboursement au vendeur, M. Lepage. Il s’en est occupé et j’ai été remboursé en moins d’une semaine. J’apprécie beaucoup ce comportement honnête et j’espère que les futurs appels de service seront d’aussi bonne qualité!
For the recent installation of my new heat pump, the 3 employees showed up on time. They wore a mask as I requested, worked efficiently, and left the place clean by bringing the old material with them. The bid called for an electrician's work, which was ultimately not required. So after paying the invoice, I made a refund request to the seller, Mr. Lepage. He took care of it and I got my money back in less than a week. I appreciate this honest behavior very much and hope that future service calls will be of such good quality!
