★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cascade HVAC is a fantastic, local owned company. Our furnace went out during one of the coldest days this winter and when I called Cascade, they had a tech to my house within an hour. The tech got the furnace working and returned the next day to ensure everything was working properly! I highly recommend Cascade. They were a pleasure to deal with!

Justin reviewed our needs for a basement development and came up with a plan that covered not only the new space, but that improved our entire system. Our A/C and heating works way better in spots where poor airflow existed before, and we can't thank Cascade enough. The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Cascade 3 times in the last year: 1. Repair an aging furnace, 2. Fix a gas fire place 3. Replace an aging furnace. In all 3 cases, we were treated with respect, with deep knowledge insight as to options, super quick timing to fix and appropriate pricing. We believe Cascade exceeded our expectations each time they have been here and we now have Cascade on our speed dial for our home requirements. Based on their overall performance, we are considering having them install our Air Conditioning Unit in the dry heat of summer and planning to call them for our annual inspection of the units we have. In the supply / service sector, there are 3 things we look to: 1. Top notch knowledge/equipment 2. Speedy service (like can you come today), and 3. Good pricing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were amazing! Our furnace went out over night and we woke up to a very cold house. We called all the 24 hour lines and these guys not only answered but were able to fit us in same day just a few hours later. They showed up on time, figured out the issue and were able to both find the part we needed and have it fixed in just a couple hours. Definitely recommend them for furnace issues you may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers. Cascade HVAC installed my AC unit a few years back and the unit has been been very reliable for the most part, except for reasons due to simple maintenance that I should be performing :( Whether I've had to reach out for advice or to have a technician dispatched, these guys are very consistent and prompt! In my most recent experience - my service request was received on a Monday and the problem was fixed the very next morning. In this instance, Josh the technician fixed an issue with the AC not turning off at the set temperature - this took less than an hour! In addition to the repair, he made a few tweaks and adjustments to ensure the unit was running optimally. You guys are the best!
