★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu la malchance de passer a cette succursale pour aider mon ami avec son achat de véhicule. ils ont mentis sur plusieurs détails du véhicule et quand il est venu a résoudre le problème, le vendeur nous a attaqué et il a appeler la police EN NOUS ACCUSANT DE VOL. Ces gens la sont fous, allez magasiner ailleurs, si vous n'avez pas le choix, allez à leur autre succursale sur Viau
I had the misfortune to stop by this branch to help my friend with his vehicle purchase. they lied about several details of the vehicle and when it came to solving the problem, the seller attacked us and called the police ACCUSING US OF THEFT. These people are crazy, go shop elsewhere, if you have no choice, go to their other branch on Viau

Après avoir laissé un dépôt, ils on jamais voulu me le remettre et par la loi, j'y ai droits. Et pour que celà ce fasse on doit aller au petite créance et ce avec des fais et un délais de plus 6 mois..
Évitez cet endroit à tout prix.
D'un coup qu'ils on vôtre argent, ils deviennent arrogant et sans paroles
OMG, they changed their name to hide all the bad comments.
After leaving a deposit, they never wanted to give it to me and by law, I am entitled to it. And for this to happen we must go to small claims and this with costs and a delay of more than 6 months ..
Avoid this place at all costs.
Suddenly they get your money, they get arrogant and speechless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire achat à vie! J’ai perdu 4000$. Leur service à la cliente est impeccable jusqu’à temps que tu signes le contrat. Après ça, tu dois te débrouiller avec l’Office du Protection du consommateur. Ils m’ont vendu un véhicule avec un moteur (et beaucoup d’autres problèmes) et ils ont réussi à me faire tourner en rond jusqu’à temps qu’il soit trop tard pour briser le contrat. Pour ceux qui veulent une voiture durable et un minimum de rapport qualité-prix, achetez ailleurs! Leur reviews étaient à 3 étoiles il y a moins d’un an, ça aurait dû être plus bas que ça, mais soudainement ils ont 5 étoiles... Méfiez-vous!
Worst purchase ever! I lost $ 4000. Their customer service is impeccable until you sign the contract. After that, you have to make do with the Consumer Protection Office. They sold me a vehicle with an engine (and a lot of other problems) and they managed to get me to go around in circles until it was too late to break the contract. For those who want a durable car and a minimum of value for money, buy elsewhere! Their reviews were 3 stars less than a year ago, it should have been lower than that, but suddenly they have 5 stars ... Beware!
