 I bought a new car I am very satisfied with my purchase ... excellent service, very professional employee ? I had some small mechanical problem with my car and they did the job as agreed in my warranty ? I highly recommend this company and virtually anyone is endorsed ?

Un conseil a vous donner: FUYEZ cette entreprise .
En arrivant à Québec, on nous a conseillé cette entreprise. Et là le début de nos ennuis. La voiture est arrivée pas très propre: en la nettoyant j' ai retrouvé des frites et des cartouches de fusil... pour un véhicule devant transporter des enfants j'ai trouvé cela un peu limite mais bon. Le lendemain, un morceau d'échappement qui pend sous la voiture. Puis le premier jour de pluie d'essui-glace arriere qui ne fonctionne pas et les balais d'essui-glace avant déchirés. Je contacte le vendeur Jean François qui me dit qu'ils vont tous réparer. J'amène mon véhicule dans un garage et ils font un contrôle complet puis un estimatif des travaux: 2000$ de travaux pour que le véhicule soit en sécurité ( roulement de roue, table de suspension avant, échappement,...) sans compter la carrosserie qui avait été maquillée pour la vente.(3000$ pour la refaire). Je fais refaire un autre devis dans un autre garage et le montant est plus ou moins identique. Je contacte Nicolas, la personne que j' avais eu après JF car il l'avait licencié pour avoir livré 2 véhicules dans un état douteux comme le mien et Nicolas m'avait dit qu'il paierait les réparations. Et à ce moment plus aucune communication... il m'a insulté d'escroc par sms(moi qui lui avais acheté un véhicule douteux...) et ma dit d'aller aux petites créances. Quand vous arrivez dans un nouveau pays et que vous faites confiance à un "professionnel " vous ne devriez pas avoir autant d'ennuis.
J'ai des photos, des mails et sms qui prouvent tout ce que j'ai écris si vous avez encore un doute.
Mais franchement FUYEZ, FUYEZ, FUYEZ

Some advice to give you: FUY this company.
Arriving in Quebec, we were advised this company. And here the beginning of our troubles. The car arrived not very clean: in cleaning it I found fries and rifle cartridges ... for a vehicle to transport children I found it a bit limited but good. The next day, a piece of exhaust hanging under the car. Then the first day of wiper rain that does not work and the windshield wiper blades torn. I contact the salesman Jean François who tells me that they will repair everything. I bring my vehicle into a garage and they do a complete inspection and then an estimate of the work: $ 2,000 worth of work for the vehicle to be safe (wheel bearing, front suspension table, exhaust, ...) not to mention the body that had been made up for sale ($ 3000 for the redone). I have another quote in another garage and the amount is more or less the same. I contact Nicolas, the person I had after JF because he had dismissed him for delivering 2 vehicles in a dubious state like mine and Nicolas told me he would pay the repairs. And at this time no more communication ... he insulted me of fraudulent sms (me who had bought him a dubious vehicle ...) and told me to go to small claims. When you arrive in a new country and trust a "professional" you should not have so much trouble.
I have photos, emails and sms that prove everything I wrote if you still have a doubt.
But frankly FUYEZ, FUYEZ, FUYEZ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire compagnie, ne faite pas à faire avec eux. Ils vont vous vendre une voiture qui est accidenté et vont vous mentir tout au long. FUYEZ CETTE COMPAGNIE SVP ! Les voitures ne sont pas inspecté, j’ai eu une auto qui avait un muffler casser (ils m’ont dit que c’est à cause des route de montreal), ils m’ont donner une voiture sans le logo de la voiture et un bumper qui n’était pas solide. À un point que je me suis appuyé sur le bumper (je pèse 120lbs) et le bumper est tomber complètement. J’ai été faire inspecté l’auto à 3 garages différents et ils m’ont dit que j’ai été crossé. Ils vous font des faux promesses en disant qu’ils vont bien s’occuper de vous pour vendre leur voiture. Ils ont des excuses à TOUT. Ils vont vous faire des faux promesses qu’ils ne respectent même pour qu’ensuite c’est vous qui fais les dépense vous ne seriez meme pas supposer de faire. FUYER ET NE LES OCCUPER PAS !! DES CROSSEURS
Worst company, don't make do with them. They will sell you a car that is in an accident and will lie to you all along. LEAVE THIS COMPANY PLEASE! The cars are not inspected, I had a car that had a muffler breaking (they told me that it is because of the Montreal roads), they gave me a car without the logo of the car and a bumper that was not solid. At one point I leaned on the bumper (I weigh 120lbs) and the bumper fell completely. I went to have the car inspected at 3 different garages and they told me that I was crossed. They make false promises to you saying that they will take good care of you to sell their car. They have excuses for EVERYTHING. They will make false promises to you that they don't even keep, so then you are the one spending the money you wouldn't even be supposed to make. FLEE AND DON'T TAKE IT !! CROSSERS
