P	Pradhumn Choubey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a SUV from 100 Van Kirk Dr Brampton on Wednesday, Aug 04. Upon returning the car on Friday, Aug 06, the branch manager showed a damage on the front grill which was already there when i got the car. They are ripping me off by recovering for this existing damage from my credit card (they blocked $500 at the time of damage report). When i requested the branch manager to add my insurance details to the damage report, he asked if i have a claim number. After filing the damage report and getting my signatures on it, he admitted that he could have added my insurance policy number to the report which would have allowed the Enterprise damage recovery unit to communicate directly with my insurance provider. The branch manager was manipulative and misleading in his approach. Never go to this location.

I went to a different location but ended up coming back here because of Jag. I see a lot of people complaining about him who need to realize the guy is mostly by himself working at that place and always stressing and still tries to help everyone out and greet with a smile. For people complaining, put yourself in someone else’s shoes before complaining and get a life. Just because someone is not bending according to your needs all the time doesn’t mean they are bad, maybe the problem is with you. It’s a business, not a charity to give you discounts. I will always be going to this place because of the people who are there, especially Jag.

My car was a little damaged at the back so I had to get a rental from them, I had a little b200 and although they said they only had GMC serria at the time which is three times as big as my vehicle but it was fine cause the next day they gave a better vehicle that suited my b200.

Great staff and very accommodating. I didn’t like my first rental and they swapped it for another. Hassle free service. Highly recommend.

Cameron was so focused on making sure I got what I needed and he was relentless when it came to finding the right car for me. I ended up with an amazing car and he was quick. He was so polite and accommodating, an absolute gentleman. I saved money and had the perfect car for my trip. He's a boss, he gets all my business from here on in.
