I came here due to a vehicle damage and needed a vehicle during the repair period. I was very happy with the swift action provided. I got a clean car to drive and they called me later to check to see whether I am happy. Another great thing about this location is that, it is next door to a gasoline station. So even if you forget to fill it with gas, you just have to drive 200 metres.

All the staff were helpful while my car was in the shop a month ago. They were happy to answer my questions and very professional. They even drove me from their location to jasper gates so I could pick my car up.

Terrible -- avoid!!!!!! Rented a car online for this location, got a confirmation number and pre-signed in with readypass. Showed up the day of my rental to be told they have no car for me. Guy behind the counter told me it "wasn't their problem" and that booking online apparently doesn't guarantee you a vehicle. He then lied and said he called and left us a voicemail warning us that they didn't have any cars hours earlier (spoiler: he didn't). He then told us he'd "try to hook us up" because we are nice people, which consisted of him calling one of his friends who works at another enterprise on his day off and then telling us there is "nothing more he can do." The icing? I've called enterprise customer service 4 times in the last month and was told every time that they are taking this issue seriously, have escalated it to the area manager, and that I'll receive a call back ASAP. I have not only yet to receive a call back ... the customer service agent was so dumbfounded by the fact that no one has called me back that he personally gave me the name and number of the area manager to call myself. Embarrassingly bad service at the rental agency and terrible accountability by all levels of authority above it. Not worth it. *UPDATE: Enterprise corporate emailed me 2 weeks ago and let me know the issue has been escalated directly with regional management of the Enterprise rental center. I was told they would be in touch with me. After one week, I emailed them because I had yet to receive a response. They apologized and said the regional manager would be in touch. It is now the SECOND week with no response from the regional manager. Unbelievably awful service. Truly, never rent from here.

I rented a sedan car for a week in this location, I was really satisfied and happy with the good service and friendly staff. Cheapest weekly rate comparing to other companies , clean & economic cars , and easy drop off and pick up… Special thanks to Mr Rayan and the other staff Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not go this one! ! ! I want give them 0 star if I can! Me and my friend booked a car on Feb 24 at 1 pm. And they tell our the car is unavailable when we are about to go. And they don’t have any car in their company! That’s is terrible and unacceptable!!! They tell us to wait and they say maybe we will get the car in the end of the day! They are absolutely garbage! If u don’t want wait another 4 hours to get a car, just do not go there! ⚠️

I had a horrible experience with my rental and will jot down a few tips that may help you avoid the stress I'm having now. After all, we rent a car to have a great time, not a nightmare! If you are not familiar with the car rental business (that was my case), these tips may be useful. Initially those comments were addressed just to the Edmonton Yellowhead Trail branch, but unfortunately they became a regional issue. After over a week trying to have some attention, I finally got the phone of the regional manager. Of course I could only reach the voice box and never had a call back. Worst Customer Service I've ever had in my entire life (and I am not young!) 1. Don't let them rush you during the inspection. Take a whole hour if you feel you need it. Don't trust anything they say and take pictures or make a video of the entire car. 2. If they bring a car with many minor damages, refuse the car. They may make you pay for previous damages. In my case, the car had a huge crack in the windshield and many chips all over. I started to mention them and they told me that there were minor and rushed the inspection. After, they charged me for underneath bumper chips that I am sure I did not cause during my day-and-a-half rental. 3. Take a picture of the gas gauge. They cheated in the inspection document and tried to charge me for the gas. Luckily I had a picture of the dashboard. I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake, but also I wonder which one is worse, dishonesty or lack of training... 4. If you have an issue with them, they won't probably listen to you. In my case, they were extremely aggressive charging me and, instead of listening to my concerns, just hid behind the statement that I had signed the contract (including the manager!) I really wish you a wonderful experience with your rental and I will be much more careful next time a need to rent a car. Of course I will avoid this company.

Company charges a customer before the customer even knew why they are charged for. When asked for the details of the charge? They said they didn’t have anything. Yet they were able to charge my card of the $150 amount. I don’t mind paying for it… tell me WHY though? Take my permission before charging the card automatically with 0 communication? Feels like a scam. Is it a speeding ticket? Is it a parking ticket? Who knows? Did enterprise add any administrative fees on top of the ticket value? No details were provided before charging me. The manager couldn’t even give me any details. Typically, when a person gets a ticket, they are given the option to dispute the ticket… I wasn’t even given that option? What if this ticket was an error? What if your employee received the ticket while driving the car? What if the speed radar was not calibrated properly? I think being able to dispute the ticket that I am being charged for is basic rights. Enterprise is violating those rights by deeming that I’m guilty. Enterprise is not a judicial system and they have no rights to say I am guilty & charge me before I have had the chance to dispute it. Completely unacceptable.
