I have been going to"Feel Good" for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They are well informed on the products and will make suggestions based on my needs. If what I need is out of stock they will order it and call me when it's in stock.

My husband and I were very disappointed in this store and their service. If they want to attract business they are not going about it in the right way. We ordered some organic half and half cream. When we picked it up the clerk charged us tax. My husband complained as there is not tax on food. They said next order they would adjust it. Next week we phoned before we picked up our order. When we picked it up they said the price had increased....a 50% markup! They didn't bother to tell us over the phone before we drove all the way over to pick it up. Needless to say we didn't accept it. This is horrible business practice. They should have stood by their quoted price and let the customer know that next time the price will be raised. I belong to an Oshawa/Whitby women's organization called Beta Sigma Phi. I am President and will not give your store a good review. Word of mouth is a big deal...it's the most valuable form of marketing. Consumers believe recommendations from friends and family over all forms of advertising.

Ordered temperature-sensitive probiotic which is super expensive anyway plus payed the additional $23 for express shipping, should take 2-4 days to get to me. Well, it has been sitting in customs for the past 2 days. Since it was shipped out on a monday and it looks like I won't get it until sometime the following week, it is not going to be as potent. I know the store can't always help it if packages are delayed, but my problem is the rude customer service. When I called, all the representative would say is to check with USPS, and that they weren't responsible for anything. I asked about getting a refund, she said no. I asked about why I paid extra for express shipping when it doesn't get to me any faster...no help at all. She just kept saying to contact USPS over and over again. (Well I did contact USPS and they only know what is on their tracking screen, the same screen that anybody can look up). Not helpful. I ordered this same product about 7 months earlier and it got to me in 2 days, no problems. So I guess it depends on the luck of the draw, if you live in the US. They should train their customer service reps better (at least be kinder and more reassuring), and should guarantee your money back (including the shipping) like Amazon does.

This is my very first Google Review. I have never visited FeelGood Natural Health's Whitby store in person, however, I have used their online service several times. Also, I talked to a very helpful person when I needed assistance once with an order. My online orders were processed very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with this store as their pricing was also quite good relative to other health food stores. I don't know about their in store service, but their online service is Excellent.

Called to say im coming to get a 18 L water bottle and they said they close at 7. Said Im going to try my best to get there. Got there at 6:59, and it was already locked. Been here before and they were rude too. Like really?? I said Id be here. Just rude. Especially the day before the lockdown.

Just spoke over the phone with "an employee" regarding a product I got from this store. The item is $135.00 dollars and they sent me an old product. The extremely LOUD, RUDE, HOSTILE, ARGUMENTATIVE woman who answered my call would not even let me have a word in edge! After I asked my question, she would not stop her verbal diarrhea, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!!! IT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT HONOR ITS "RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY". EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE REVIEW IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE. YOU WILL BE TRAMPLED OVER VERBALLY BY THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER YOUR CALLS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I AM FORCED TO GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE OTHERWISE I CAN NOT POST MY REVIEW.

Poor customer service. Employees are rude. They do not honour their "100%" return/lost product policy. At first, I used my credit card to purchase items from the Whitby store. The very next day, a series of purchases I had never made appeared on my credit card, and the source cited was in . . . yes, Whitby. Every time. They, of course, denied it very angrily. I switched to PayPal and, you guessed it, this activity stopped. Recently, my package was lost, and when I complained, after a short correspondence with FGN, their tone told me "tough luck". I lost $65. I consider it payment for an important lesson - NEVER, EVER deal with FGNH again! You can believe EVERY negative review you read here. DO NOT deal with these people. Their products can be purchased elsewhere (I use Amazon for Genuine Health products now), and you will be treated with much more courtesy and respect by Amazon. Avoid Feel Good Natural Health. Any good reviews you read have been solicited/paid, or are created by FGNH themselves. It's shameful! 0 stars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Company sent a melted/damaged product, but refuses to provide a refund and did not relinquish claim rights to FedEx so that I can even file a claim with FedEx. Tina at FeelGoodNatural was rude when I called to try to get a resolution. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THEIR PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING. Now I am out $97 and they could not care less. HORRIBLE customer service.
