Run far away. Even if you have a reservation it doesn’t mean that you will have a car. They accept reservation even if they don’t have any car to give. And you arrive and you’re blocked. All three companies there, Budget, Enterprise and National. All bad.

I was that guy, 15 mins before closing on Friday I needed a car. They stayed late, brought me a car from the airport, and were super professional and very pleasant. Great service

They got two employees working hard but , The guy came to deliver car tried to confuse me about transferring the insurance .He believed that the ICBC insurance may or may not transfer to the rental because it's a rental car. They were in business since 1957 for God sake .Its funny the way they were trying to up sell .Try to be more convincing next time I guess. I got my car reserved by ICBC for God sake .I am sure this was not the first time they tried to pull it off .Not a proper way to make money .Run away somehow .

Booked a car online and confirmed only to receive a call from the manager the next day that there were no cars available.

Ordered a car online and they called and said it was full, until the following Friday. Called Enterprise customer service and they told me there was a car, so I made another booking over the phone. Drop off fee to Vancouver was $95 included in my reservation. When I arrived they said there were no cars. And then followed with, if I were to go to Vancouver the drop off fee would be more than the price on my reservation. Takeaway is that the manager didn't want a car going to Vancouver, so they refused my order. Don't have prices online if you don't want to implement them. Customer service 101. I wish they would have just said that, but they hid it and kept changing their tune. Went from no cars, to you'll need a higher drop off fee for leaving Cranbrook.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we could not pick up car at the scheduled time, our flight got in at 12:30am the next morning. The rental was already 100% paid for, instead of calling us when pick-up was missed or holding the car for us, when we went to pick up car at 8am the next morning, we were told the reservation was cancelled and no refund issued, we then had to pay out of pocket for the exact same rental, despite being assured in Calgary the day before we would have no issues. There was zero understanding or effort made to show appreciation for our business. Will not ever be using this company again.
