If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service was absolutely horrid. Trying to arrange to pick up a car in Calgary and have it dropped off in Cranbrook was like pulling teeth. The customer service representatives on both ends (Calgary and Cranbrook) offered no reason as to why we could not book a one way rental. Each of them blamed the other one. After over 40 minutes on the phone, we have given up on Enterprise as no one has even offered to solve our problem for us (isn't that the point of customer service?). Highly do not recommend dealing with Enterprise - we will be sure to avoid and warn others in the future.

Sebastian has changed my perception on rental car companies. He is very very good at customer service and a pleasure to speak with. I had to call in about 10 times, for various reasons, and until the last call, I thought I had Sebastian's personal cell phone as he answered quickly and everytime except the last, when someone else answered. It's no wonder Enterprise is often booked solid in Cranbrook when Budget has tons of cars. Thank you Sebastian!

Good experience here. Staff are really friendly. Needed a van to get home after our truck broke down on the highway on a vacation just getting there. The van was a dodge grand, and I was very satisfied with how clean it was, and how much tech features it had. Very flexible with how far we could drive it since we had to go back to Alberta where my home is.

Also wish I could give less than one star. Reserved a car 4 months in advance. When I arrived from a short flight from Calgary at my reservation time there were no cars available. No substitute was offered. I was offered taxi into town to wait with my luggage and told they would deliver a car. 4 hours later they were not answering their phones and I was stuck in town with no car. Finally got thorough to them after 5 hours of waiting and they said they had a car ready. I met them in Town at the taxi office where I had to store my luggage but there was no car for me. They said I had to drive back to the airport to get it. When I protested that I had to be in Montana to sleep that night, they asked "Well do you want a car or not?". I couldn't fit all my luggage in the car with the Enterprise staff so I had to wait another hour in Town. 6 hours after my flight arrived, I was given a dirty car with only 3/4 of gas in the tank. No apology or acknowledgement. I lost a whole day's vacation due to the rental experience at Enterprise. I took a flight from Calgary in order to save driving time but would have been quicker to drive from Calgary. This experience was a disaster - even the taxi company said that this is a regular occurrence with this location. You must avoid Cranbrook Enterprise! I don't know how they are still in business.

Amazing service - they turned an online quote of $652 into $905. We were the only people in the airport (literally) and it still took three of them an hour to process us. They told us the gas tank was 99l; it was 60 l. Basically they were clueless. They assured us the tires were good for Oct 1 in mntns but they only had summer tires - we were actually encouraged to break the law. But the Malibu was nice and we put 1000 km on the car, drained the gas tank and so got our moneys worth. Nice countryside there. Buyer beware.

Would give 0 stars if I could, because I didn’t ever even get a vehicle at all. Reserved and checked in online, showed up and was met with a confused look. Apparently they don’t have any vehicles in the Cranbrook area at all, and won’t for like, 2 weeks(?) The employee didn’t seem to know about the booking until just then. Not sure what to say other than there is a severe disconnect between corporate and individual locations it seems. I don’t blame the people who work here but the system that allows people to reserve non existent vehicles.

Reserved and paid for a car online. Went to the airport to pick it up at our reserved time, and after an hour of waiting, we phoned and found out that they weren’t going to show up because they had no vehicles to rent in the first place.

Worst company ever. We made a booking for 10 am this morning only to have no one show up. After calling customer care, I had no help from anyone to resolve this situation and now we are stranded. Thank you for screwing us over Enterprise, we would not recommend you to anyone.
