★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After our vehicle broke down in Squamish on Friday afternoon Aneesh Mohan stayed an extra hour and a half to help us get into a vehicle.
I would recommend this outfit to anyone! Thanks Aneesh for your patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26th February 2017: UPDATE: We have now being waiting for almost 4 weeks for the district manager, for our location in Squamish BC, to reach out to us to discuss the poor service I talk about in my review written review below.
This is very poor customer service Enterprise.
Hands down the WORST service i have ever witnessed by a car rental company. The male employee working at the Squamish location at The Coastal Ford location this morning (February 6th 2017) should be ashamed of himself and the service he gave my wife.
He did not have her rental car anywhere near ready for a pre arranged 8:30am collection to get her to Vancouver even tho we arrived at 9am the rental was not cleared of snow nor dug out. When my wife asked politely about why this was he out then decided that was rude to ask such a thing and refused to rental the vehicle to her. This employee is 100% not customer service focused and due to this i do not recommending using this location or company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the opportunity of renting vehicles from Enterprise Squamish for the last 6 years. The service for the first 5 years was good and then in the last 3 months it went downhill, you asked for an SUV and you got a little car, they got it wrong on a few occasions and then there was a breath of fresh air when they had Aneesh Mohan the asst manager transferred to the Squamish location. Aneesh is pleasant, he trouble shoots when there is a challenge, calm , composed and always has a solution. His customer service is outstanding, he explains everything in detail and never rushes you. Hope they can keep Aneesh in the Squamish location for years to come as he has surely renewed my faith and trust in Enterprise. Thanks Aneesh for all that you do for your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST service from any business I have ever had. Never answer phone. Very hard to understand Addi speak, phone reception is awful, apparently they have no cars avaliable to rent for an entire month. Addi leaves note in office saying hes washing cars and to call his phone, but his phone is lying on his desk. To pay this much money to rent a car from Squamish Enterprise is a terrible idea. I have called the office about 20 times and got through to someone twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luis was great, came to pick us up when we dropped our car at Auto mind for repairs. Walked us through the whole process and was very accommodating and professional. We will definitely be going back to Enterprise Squamish for any rentals needed in the future :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for two weeks back in September and had not the best experience when i returned the car I was quite disappointed about this. I went back in a week later to talk to them and the customer service was top notch. I ended up deciding to give them a second try in November and Jin was fantastic my experience was much better. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented there a few times. Most recently I had returned a car I rented in Vancouver as the location in Van was closed due to Covid. I did not receive my hold funds back as I was told that location uses a different system so I was charge over on my rental and it was a lot as I had the rental for a month. I have called customer service and have yet to get a call back or a resolution. This has been on going as I was charged a big amount and did not release my hold funds. As a month rental is quite expensive. I have received no call back on complaints and I am hopeful this will be resolved soon. I have had some good rentals with this but some miscommunication and a lack of progress. They seem to staff this location from North Van so you can get a new face every time you go back. Part of the problem. Consistency.
