Took my Ford Transit connect to get brakes repaired. Told me $1800 so I walk out and got it done at a private garage for $850. Parts they told me I needed I didn’t. They are super shady so be vey careful bring your vehicle here…. I would never go back there as they are all about ripping you off! Tried to speak with a manger after and no one called me back.. horrible service. I would recommend another dealership not coastal Ford!!! BEWARE!!

They don’t stand behind there work. They obviously either mis diagnosed or broke my truck while dealing with the issue. I’m outta warranty and was told “sorry but you’re bumper to bumper has expired so we can’t fix it under warranty anymore, so you’re gonna have to pay to fix it”. Even though I had it in there twice with a few complaints before it expired, and it never got fixed. Mainly because they service writer never relayed the problem to the tech properly. And also because I had left it there all day and they never had time to get to it. Even though it was booked in for that repair and an oil change. All they got to was the oil change. It’s still not put together properly and doesn’t operate as intended since they touched it. I was within 1000km of warranty. And if you know them it takes 3 weeks to get in. I was told if I had been a paying customer they would have fixed it with no charge to me. but since it was under warranty, once manufacturers warranty is over that’s it. If I had known I would have parked it till they fixed it. What’s the difference who pays? Me or Ford Canada! Either way they should stand behind their work. It seems as though it’s all about profit not the client. Its not the first thing they broke on my truck. But it’s definitely the last. Go somewhere else. I hear horror stories every time I hear there name Coastal Ford Squamish come up.

We broke down in Squamish and had our vehicle towed to the Coastal Squamish Ford. We were traveling in our Ford transit RV. The service department manager assisted us with parts we needed to try to fix the vehicle ourselves when that didn't work Greg and Zack took time out of their busy day to assess the problem and get the parts within a matter of days, in addition Rick was very helpful and friendly while we were waiting.

I am so impressed with the service I received at Coastal Ford Squamish. They did an outstanding job at personalizing my experience, and making me feel comfortable while making some serious decisions! Jason Latreille was my dealership contact, and was so warm and personable during the entire process. From start to finish, he was knowledgable and committed. Huge thanks to the entire team, I am so happy with my new Ecosport!

Two issues: I had a negative experience here that is leading to some small litigation and a BBB complaint. I was sold a vehicle that was to have some parts added later, and it was claimed that they had expertise doing this as they sold this type of vehicle (Transit Van) to local upfitters who ordered these parts. Initial parts did not work, more parts ordered at their advice, time and labour to install, still not working, now they will not unwind the situation and refund the parts cost. The worst thing is that the sales manager now states "Ford does not want you to modify these vans" after his salespeople sold me the van on the fact that this was a common modification, and that they had specific expertise on this specific vehicle/group of parts. The second issue was that I paid (as we all do) fees for PDI, but the van had a partially filled transmission that I discovered and had them fix after the first 1500 km. This is an ongoing concern, as I drove the van up the Coquihalla with an under-filled transmission. They were also dishonest about this matter in numerous small ways.

I bought a Ford Bronco last night from Coastal Ford in Squamish. I bought it from Morgan. From the moment we first spoke to the minute I was driving out the door, his expertise, communication, professionalism was top notch. I have never experienced such a seamless process. Plus the truck is an absolute dream. Thank you!!!!!

I had a great experience with this dealership. They were accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. The knowledge of their staff helped save me $150.00 by showing me that my specific car model didn’t need the keys to be coded. They even told me about mechanics near my house that can help me with things that don’t require a delearship. They were all working twice as hard to make up for a lack of staff so if you are looking for a job this would be a great environment to work in.

I pulled into this dealer today because all local mechanics were closed and I was having a problem with a Hyundai. I was immediately greeted by Nathan from the service department. He was instantly willing to help,... very kind, courteous, and willing to help on the spot despite his busy schedule. He was more then happy to help us get right back on the road. Thanks brother! I won't forget it. Excellent customer service. Wouldn't hesitate stopping here again. Cheers
