P	P Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have our vehicle and tried to give us a rear wheel drive sports car while our SUV was in the shop. Went about our business until they figured things out for about 2 hours until they got us into the vehicle we required and had planned for a month in advance. They tried really hard to make up for the mistake however it caused us to be late for appointments. Great staff and friendly service. Must have been a tough time due to weather. That being said watching others getting the vehicles we were supposed to be getting at our appointment time was a little frustrating and did not feel very good. Luckily we brought a second car because wife took a day off work otherwise I would have been sitting their with a child, no SUV, a baby seat, and would have missed my specialist appts for sure. Like I said great staff just poor priority management of vehicle fleet. I even had to point out that a SUV they tried to give us had a large bulge in the tire which means it was not checked properly upon its return. I would try this place out again for pleasure but as of right now safety and quality service dinged this company 2 stars. 3 is fair. Many others may have been rational about their experience. Would I recommend this place? We will see. I beleive in second and third chances and would update the next experience and the star rating as well. It all worked out regardless. Just had to rely on our selves is all.

I rented car from Mr. Tarek at Burnaby location, and he is the best person I have experienced. He found me the best options and deals during my car rental. I strongly recommend Mr Tarek to do business with. ??
K	Kay P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give Mr. Rent A Car zero stars. I have dealt with Mr. Rent A Car twice now. I have wanted to rent from them twice. Their service is subpar... They are rude and have no customer service at all. I would not rent from them if they paid me. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. There are so many car rental companies out there. Why would anyone chose them? Their service is superficial...They "cater" to certain clientel.. I was not one of their type of clientel...The only one nice working there was this gentleman called Brent. He is very hardworking and Brent is kind polite and sincere. Leonard is nice also kind and polite. There is more to say........This business is very shady and is run by poor management and staff.. I see the way they treat their employees.... totally inhumane treatment.. If you are not rich or dress like you are rich or drive a luxury expensive call.... they treat you like garbage.

I had booked an economy car, and they gave me a VW Jetta for the same price (which was really low compared to other major companies), which was nice. They were a little bit pushy regarding the extra insurance, but as most car rentals are. Maybe work a little bit more on making the customer feel secure with the option they are choosing. Although the location is not the best, they were really attentive and took me to the nearest train station (Thanks Tarek!).

But I decided to get some anyways to give me peace of mind. Well worth it in the end! Albert even made a correction on the billing in our favour which I appreciated very much. Thanks again Albert!
Y	Yannick Le Moigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently rented a cargo van there for a day. The van was super clean and in very good conditions, in fact, it was almost a new van. The service was amazing as well. They have no problem for returning cars after hours. I would rent there again for sure.
