I live right near it, this business parks huge tow away trucks w like about a dozen cars on its cargo on milner ave (public road) when it clearer has a giant parking lot to just do that. As a result when there's bad winter weather it congests traffic and causes lots of accidents on this stretch of road. Oh lets not talk about how they leave the trucks turned on for several minutes to even an hour sometimes just on that road with no driver on board, believe me the noise level is unbelievable w that tanker on during the summer.

If i can give them a negative I would, They don't deserve a star at ALL. Mahreen Tahir, is the worse accountant ever, she needs to learn how to read emails and not ignore my questions and concerns. How does the company trust her to do all the receivables and payables. She can't even read emails I suggest when dealing in getting your money back you need to apply pressure to these people. The company is fine but its the employees that are dull and senseless. Mahreen you won the grammy for best actress.

I paid a deposit via interact on Nov 20 return the car on Nov 23 and was told they deposit will be send via mail. waited over a month (still waiting) and still no money. every time i ask for my money back they say it would be mailed right away. never got my money back. very bad customer services. would never rent a car from them again.

There needs to be a zero star option. Never have I had a worse experience with customer service, and flat out been called a liar by a company. Having accidentally left an item in a vehicle on hand in, it started a chain of events that involved dozens of phone calls, emails, false promises, a police report, and nothing but a time waste run around. Be wary of the discriminating method of Alamo, and Enterprise Holdings it's parent company, do business, and treat tourists. Do yourself and your family a favour, and hire a vehicle from any other source, and let your first instincts of treatment received be your guide.

My auntie rented a car from them when she had a car accident last year December. Fees was supposed to be paid by insurance company. As well as the deposit of her credit card was used while picking up the rental . They then mail my auntie a statement this year June asking for a payment and to put her credit card and mail back to them . Tried to call them , but never picks up the phone .

I received paper from Credifax that I rent a car from this company. I always had my own car. What the bul. sht going on?? I am calling them no one picking up the phone! It's horrible.

Billed my credit card and insurance company. Five months later they will not pay me back. Dozens of phone calls have resulted in zippo. They also invented an agreement I didn't see, agree to or did I sign it. The St. Louis office says sorry and we'll call you in three business days, which never happens. Please avoid them.

My car got write off by icbc.They provided me Enterprise rental car while waiting for my settlement. In first week Jan 18-25. I was unable to used the vehicle till jan 21. I called the representative to make sure that im covered with everything before driving the vehicle They told me icbc does not cover my insurance and i have to purchase it on my own .The rep told me its 9.99 cad a day. who wants to drive without insurance? but then i told the rep i will use the car in my 5th day of rental. He said its ok i will charge you from Saturday Jan 22-25. when i returned the car i saw that my credit card is charged 37.40cad so i assumed thats the insurance payment. Jan 26 icbc provided me again for the second time a rental Jan 26-feb15. This time i knew i shouldnt buy insurance from them. icbc and my insurance broker informed me that i dont have to purchase because my current auto insurance will apply to the rental car. Wow the sooner i know the better. when i returned the second rental car on feb 15. i it ended up ENTERPRISE charged my credit card 137.40cad total. I called them and they said thats the insurance charged. for 4days i have to pay that amount??? Common have a heart. It is not right selling insurance to people whose having bad days. Dont take advantage of people. I still have not cancel my current auto insurance since im not getting any rebates because of this rental car. so i ended up loosing my own auto insurance rebates and paying 137.40cad for my rental car ENTERPRISE.
