Everything from our virtual consultation to the time we exit the spa was fantastic. Staff is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had our virtual consultation with Jenn who also did my facial and she made me feel very comfortable. The spa is very clean and beautifully decorated. It reminds me of 5-star spa in a 5-star hotel back home. Each treatment room is very spacious (which was always a huge concern for someone like me feeling claustrophobic) and the products used on you are the best of best. We definitely look forward for our next visit once everything opens.

I have done a lot of research throughout the years and could never find anyone I was 100% about. About a year ago I came across enriched med spa. After looking at their Instagram page and tons of their google reviews, I booked a consultation with Richel. Right off the bat, I had a good experience chatting with her in terms of what I wanted to achieve. When I finally booked my appointment and went in to get it done I was extremely scared and nervous. I was greeted by Victoria and Jen who helped calm my nerves and we're just amazing down to earth people. Richel was SO thorough. She walked me through the process and asked me if I had any questions all the time. She was so gentle and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. All in all, I absolutely loved my results, I wanted a natural look and that's exactly what I walked out with. After going to see Richel, I finally understand how she can consistently be rated 5 stars.Her service is impeccable and her care of her clients is unmatched. She is truly an AMAZING injector and a wonderful person. I would go to her a million times over and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to get anything done. She is caring and client focused. Thank you Richel & team for everything!

I had actually won my units through a contest however not once did they make me feel like it was any different from a paid service. Richel is so amazing, made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had and the rest of her team were also great! With that being said I was very happy with my results and will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!

Richel was so professional and kind. Explained everything to me (as a first time Botox and filler client). I felt so comfortable the entire time!! I’m not a veteran to facials but I do get them once/twice a year and I have NEVER seen results like this. I am so pleased! The spa is beautiful and the staff are so kind and caring. Julia was my esthetician. She took her time to get to know me, explain the procedure and aftercare. I can’t wait to visit again!
