Saad experience and expertise made it a much simpler process especially dealing with the City of Toronto. It felt that Saad was looking at my best interest at all times. Truly as an engineer, i couldn't have asked for a better one. He is the only person i trust in the process of my business and future business that will come my way. A MUST HAVE ENGINEER.

One of the projects he had to revise it more than four times (I kept changing my mind) and he offered all the help and knowledge expected from an engineer. Use his service you won't be disappointed.

He will also go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I cannot put a dollar value on the extra time and patience he put into my restaurant. I highly recommend him, and I will be sure to use him on any future projects.
