K	K (KN) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a couple's massage a few days ago. Everyone was nice however I would agree with the negative reviews; I did notice some of the staff were walking around without a mask and even during the massage. They did eventually put the mask on however it made us feel uncomfortable when that's what you walk into in the first 5 minutes of being there. Secondly, although they did apply more pressure when being asked to, they didn't seem to know the anatomy of the back. They didnt know where all the knots were, how to undo them, and apply pressure to the appropriate areas. Most of the time, my therapist did a very gentle gliding/circular motion which did not help my strained areas. As for my partner, his therapist applied too much pressure where he was left with a bruise after! Furthermore, you are left feeling VERY greasy and oily after the massage has been done. They didn't offer anything to wipe us off with and I really wished they had at least given us a hot towel. The oil gets caught on everything especially in the car! All in all, my body feels the same as if I didnt even get a massage. Quite disappointed with our experience here and will not be coming back. I wouldn't recommend getting their in-house oil as it is $5 extra and I'm sure there isn't a significant difference between that and regular oil and it's effectiveness.

When I speak on the phone they said the PRP session is 399$ per session and can pay a session are 1200$ for 3 sessions, but after reaching the office she change the wording I have to pay the full 1200$ are half of it. That's wrong. And finally, they accepted because I have said to them I don't have money to pay the full amount for now. When I send Interac E Transfer it takes more than expected time to deposit, I understand you have to make sure the money has to been deposited successfully into their account but however, my credit card details are with them when I booked my consultation they have taken my credit card details, I inform to manager it takes a time to deposit can I leave now since you guys already have my credit card details she said no, anyway I stayed there till the time money deposited successfully. The nurse was great though did a good job and let's see the results.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place :)) and will definitely come back.

Some feedback for consideration: have guests check-in downstairs first? During our massage we could hear alot of conversations from the next room/corridor. Nothing major, but would've been nice if it was absolutely quiet.

Shari was very professional and explained every step of the facial. My son had lots of blackheads and whiteheads and she took her time while working on his face.
