★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We selected Enersolution to provide our home audit for the Federal Grant Program. As this program is quite busy, it took two months (booked on June 23, 2021 for August 16th) . Our appointment time was for 10:00am, and they failed to show up. We tried to call, but impossible to get ahold of anyone and finally left a VM on a mailbox. At 2:30pm they finally called. No apology, no excuses - other than they are too busy and the paperwork for the grant programs takes too long. They then said they could rebook me for October. Absolutely zero understanding of customer service and if I could give them a zero here I would. I reminded them I was a customer and they were charging me $400 for their service, but they didn't care. So if you have a choice, choose a different company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are either a fake business collecting Greener Homes money or should not be in business as they are that bad. Multiple calls, messages and emails + sign-ups on their website over the last 3 mths and not one reply. Regardless if they're backlogged, they should have some cheap notification system at the very least. Avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with EnerSolution has been excellent. Professional, friendly and informative. With the Greener Homes program being so popular you do have to be proactive and advocate for yourself - our issues have been with NRCan and their lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a not so pleasant experience with Enersolutions which makes you wonder, is this how Federal Green Homes Grant is managed!!!
They want money for both the audits upfront ... Logic being Govt is going to pay you back. They assigned another auditor with whom the interaction was even more surprising!!! I asked this gentleman what are his credentials for carrying out the audit. He refused to provide any information saying"that's lot of information" and not interested!!! Is asking for previous experience of carrying out such audits lots of information?
Seems like companies are out to make a quick buck at the expense of Homeowners and Govt. Fortunately, Govt has left a door open for selecting a different company. This time calling them before selecting them.
