Been on hold now for 22 minutes and 22 seconds. This is my second call as the first time they hung up the phone when they said they were "transferring me to someone else". I can see from the previous reviews that they don't care.

worst service, im getting bills from them when i didnโ€™t even sign up with them.. im with enmax. previous owner was with direct energy and they just transferred all the bills on my name.. company needs to be shut down.

Terrible service, don't understand why City of Calgary allowed them to be the default gas provider. Charged me even after my house sold, have to call them to bargain, never never use them, even Direct Energy itself(not RR).

Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen. This is what happens when you limit competition. Edit after receiving response from 'owner': Hi Ridwan, I won't be contacting you, nor anyone else from DERS. I patiently waited for adequate service at least five times. You company is unorganized and incompetent. I hope your virutal monopoly of utilities ends very soon and I take take my business to a company that at least pretends to care.

These people sent me a letter threatening to send my account to collection within 10 days if I didn't pay $131.00. I received it in early Feb. When I called they said I had two accounts (which is news to me) but both are current. Gee, looks like they made a mistake, but they explained that sending a collection letter rather than fixing an obvious error is their policy. If I had known how nasty and irresponsible these people are I never would have signed a contract. Update. Re: The Reply. I still have a Direct Energy Account. And the balance is still current. They screw up and blame the customer
