CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 04, 2021 -- Husky Energy is pleased to announce the transaction to strategically combine with Cenovus Energy has closed.
The transaction was completed through a definitive arrangement agreement announced on October 25, 2020 under which Cenovus and Husky agreed to combine in an all-stock transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked in the lloydminster area for Husky, the benefits and wages were very good. But the work culture was terrible for anyone not white. They preach diversity and inclusiveness but that is just theatre. Reporting racism never gets anything done. Darren Sillers from the Lloyd Husky branch was by far the worst.
