★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter Hansen has a 15 second and a 20 second genius insight record on problem solving at our house. It happened once before when he figured out the flow restriction was due to a plugged water filter because of spring run off and irrigation. The other faster second set of problem solving incidents occured when he realized it was not the hot water heater itself causing the leaks but failing connections on the hoses leading into the furnace when the weather got colder. I also got the full support of Peter's supervisor, Alana, when I called with the leaks and told her of the excellent service. When you have a leak you don't want to mess around and we got service QUICKLY. Thank you Energey Smart Canada.

I am a curious person so as he fixed the problems he patiently answered my questions born out of curiosity. Then we had a great chat about solar panels. Fantastic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Bosch on-demand water heater just after Energy Smart opened up in 2003. The system has been worry-free for many years but developed a leak a few days ago. I called for service and within a few hours, their plumber Peter, arrived and very quickly diagnosed the problem. It took two days for the parts to arrive and Peter promptly arrived with them to repair the problem. I was impressed by Peter's professionalism and expertise. He wore a mask when he came which many service personnel don't, was very pleasant to deal with and was very fair with the cost. I highly recommend both Peter and Energy Smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own a heritage home in Lethbridge which is in great shape, but has required a few upgrades. Earlier this year there were were some plumbing issues in our main floor bathroom that needed urgent attention, and we also wanted to turn a closet into a powder room. It was a tricky project requiring access to the main floor through the basement garage ceiling. Energy Smart does all kinds of residential upgrading work, and we're glad we went with them for the plumbing aspects of this job. Peter came up with a great solution to tie in these two bathrooms -- one old and one new. He also helped with picking fixtures and his work coordinated nicely with the other trades involved, so there was very little inconvenience. Plumbing issues can be miserable if not handled properly, especially in an old house with many hidden and mysterious components, but Peter figured it out. Everything looks good and works fine, and the project came in on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to recommend Energy Smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not let Peter on your site. Very untrustworthy. Very expensive equipment shouldn’t be handled by people who find communication and planning to be an inconvenience. Kicked off my property and getting a different company to do the work.
