β β β β β I have used shaw for over 4 years. My email address was even a shaw address so I didnβt want to change it. But Internet For Less is so much cheaper, and they didnβt push me into a long term contract. I donβt like long term contracts. Iβm not a tech person, but getting my internet setup was so easy. I just had to plug it in and it worked.

Also I'm paying less than with Shaw and Telus. I am happy that my modem and router arrived as schedule, even I no need any technician come to my house. Thank you Internet For Less for a great service!

β β β β β Slow Internet can be frustrating, get super-fast Internet For less. I ordered a modem and router which was delivered on time as they had promised stated, I was able to fix everything by myself. Why miss this great chance pay less than with Shaw and Telus.

β β β β β Internet For Less has quick web speeds. Much the same as they publicized, my modem and switch touched base as timetable, everything worked without having a professional gone to my home. It is incredible. Presently I'm paying way less than with Shaw and Telus.

β β β β β When we called to set up a new account for all our utilities with these guys they were so helpful and easy to deal with. However when we moved to our new place and needed customer services for our internet set up they were nowhere to be found. Almost one week in and we still no internet after leaving voice-mail numerous times daily and emailing numerous times daily. This may be the cheaper provider but there horrible Customer service shows why they are the cheaper option.
*edit - once we got a reply we found out that its a one man operation and there is a lot to undertake as it is Calgary wide. He came out straight away and resolved our issue. As it is one person the customer services end an issue if they are busy but he did do what was requested as soonas possible.
